Marked all my information as a ‘business risk’ because I set up more than one account due to them closing my accounts because they couldn’t verify my information (called me from a number I did not recognize so I never answered and they never left a message). Of course when they closed/cancelled my account they never emailed to let me know and as I don’t mind read I figured maybe I had done something wrong and just signed up again. QVC has absolutely horrible customer service. If I could rate them negative, that would be fitting for the service they provide. I spoke to a live agent, who spoke over me the entire time, condescending and berating...told me I didn't understand "his answer", and refused to give me to a supervisor. The rep did not understand their own disclaimers for exchanges, and provided incorrect information, as well as their chat agent. I placed an order with QVC on a Sunday, and within two (2) hours contacted them to cancel the order. They said the order had already been processed and it was too late to cancel it, but that I could write, 'Tried to Cancel' on the invoice and send it back as soon as I received it and they would refund my money. I did exactly that, and although I did eventually receive a refund for what I paid for the product itself, they did not refund me for the shipping ($15) or the sales tax ($11.43). I was convinced to open a QVC credit card for the free credit towards a future purchase, yet when I called to inquire about my deal, I was misinformed as to how to redeem it and missed the deadline by a few days. I called again and was told to wait and that my case would be reviewed. I called a third time and was told that they refused to give me the credit. A computer system that refuses to acknowledge a new, changed, address even though it was the information shown when I hit the button to place the order (and I have the screenshots to prove it). Customer service agents who try and talk over customers, even after the customer asks them to stop trying to talk over her. This is why I’m leaving get a one star review and what they sadly are now and why I won’t be ordering from them again in the future.

Ordered a $30 tape measurer. Came with the screen cracked. Exchanged for a new one. After waiting 2 weeks I logged on to find out where it was. I was “refunded” my money instead and never told. Then I called and they said they can’t tell me why a new one wasn’t sent, they didn’t have that information. Then took over another week for my money to appear. Item was still in stock. Never again. HSN was a way better experience.

I have been a QVC customer for over 27 years and have spent thousands of dollars shopping at QVC. Due to some mistakes that I had made in the past, which included getting the QVC credit card, I was forced to file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, which included the Q Card, but did not include the easy pay installments purchased with my Visa debt card. I have been a long time QVC customer. As a Customer service manager,for a a company much larger than this one, for 30 years, I use to praise QVC for their exceptional customer service.However, over a $13 mistake on their end; they are about to lose me as a customer and an advocate. I have called; I have emailed, and I have online chatted. But, to no avail. Former loyal customer here have spent thousands of dollars with QVC. QVC uses CashStar to host their gift cards. The gift cards are nonrefundable. I purchased a 50 dollar gift card in error and asked for a refund. QVC shrugged, offered an empty apology, and stated CashStar does not give refunds. I will never shop at QVC again I will never buy a gift card from QVC or any vendor that uses CashStar. I will tell everyone I know about my miserable customer experience with QVC and CashStar. .
