We ordered a Traeger grill and when received, the pellet hopper and the lid were messed up. We called QVC and they asked us to call Traeger. Said if Traeger was no help to call back. Traeger never returned our calls so we called QVC back. They said they would get in touch with Traeger and contact us within 3-5 days. That was 13 days ago. I have tried to call QVC back. I ordered a quilt set two weeks ago. I haven't received any communication at all. Luckily I found the ordered number and saw that it was going to my old address. I called and the lady said I should have changed my address in my account. Why did it let me type in my new address then? They said it is coming from another vendor and they have no information. Shouldn't they be able to communicate with they vendors work with??? They won't cancel or give me any information.

QVC is practicing a form of embezzlement. When placing an advance order, you are charged immediately. Then, months later, when the item finally ships, you are charged again. Then, at some later point in time, you are credited. I have been billed twice for an item I still haven't received, and since my PP is linked directly to my bank account, I am now overdrawn, and still no item has been received.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a french door convection oven, basically an extra large toaster oven. It arrived broken and when I contacted them they refused to send another item or refund me until I repackaged the bulky and heavy item and sent it back to them. You would think since the issue was on QVC's end they would offer some better resolution. I will not be purchasing from QVC again in the future. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

My 86 year old Mother-in-law has been ordering from QVC for years. She went to order something from them this morning and they were rude and told her she could NEVER EVER order from QVC again. She asked them repeatedly why? They REFUSED to tell her a reason or allow her to speak with a supervisor regarding the issue. She was shocked and hurt. QVC today closed my account after being a customer since 2015. They state that it was cancelled due to a flag raised in the system. Being an established customer should not raise these flags in the first place, secondly I was never notified that their verification system was changed and that moving forward my orders needed to have identical information for both shipping and billing. I'm extremely disgusted by the way QVC been handling my most recent order. I ordered a $800 camera on easy pay. Money was authorized from my PayPal and when I went to check the order in my QVC account the order was nowhere to be found. Thank Godness I took a screenshot after I made the purchase, so I have the order number and on my PayPal I have the authorization id number. I am writing on behalf of my daughter. She placed an order for a laptop and was told that if there were any issues she would be contacted by email or phone. Her order was canceled but she didn’t receive any notice. She called in and spoke with someone and the representative placed another order on 4/11/20 but instead of placing the order under her existing account he created a new account and the order was canceled on 4/13/20. Very poor customer service! On 4-14-2020 I ordered an item and within 5 minutes I cancelled it. They had already charged my debit card and told me my bank would have to credit it back to my account. I called mt bank and they told me QVC had to release the account. I called QVC again. I got the same old run around...told me my bank had to release the funds. Called my bank again and had the bank dispute the charge. I hope this resolves it. They,QVC. was rude and very unhelpful.
