I went on their website to look at options for Christmas gifts. For some reason QVC has cancelled my QVC account for, according to them, security reasons. I do not have a credit account with them and have always paid in full when I've ordered anything so I don't know where they're coming from by not allowing me to order anything from their website. If my account was compromised or any of my financial information stolen they should have notified me. I've received no notification from this company regarding why they did this. ... read more

I placed an order for a Christmas gift. QVC ... product available.. Good!!. Paid with my CC added express delivery and got my confirmation. Now I get the product is backordered for 3 WEEKS!!!!!!!! What company pulls this kind of **??? Never will I order from them again. Customer service really could care less by the reaction I was receiving.

Order was placed for two separate orders on 12/2/17. The estimated delivery date was 12/8/17 for two gifts. Upon contacting QVC about the status as it was now 10 days past the date of arrival. I was informed that the orders were cancelled and the account closed because I had shipped the items to an address I lived at 30+ years ago. Sold me item direct from factory in foreign county without my knowledge or consent.. giving access to my personnel information name and address... called QVC to try to find some resolution in trying to remain a customer if there was a way to tell because I did not want to have items shipped from overseas for security reasons.. DO NOT BUY FROM QVC. I LIKE OTHERS READ THE REVIEWS BUT I STILL WENT FORWARD WITH PURCHASING A MACBOOK AIR (OVER PRICED) BUT NEEDED ONE NOW ON A PAYMENT PLAN. ANYWAYS PLACED ORDER. THEY TOOK FIRST MONTH PAYMENT FROM DEBIT CARD. I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. FIRST DAY EVERYTHING IS FINE. I just bought something from QVC this week. They took the money out of my account initially and then they put it back. I didn’t catch this and thought I had more money in the bank, I just got paid so I genuinely didn’t notice more money being in my account I thought it was as all from my paycheck. So I spent my money like usual, on groceries, bills, gas, and household needs. Well now I’m going to be over drafted because they took out the money again! I've made purchases from QVC in thw past. I now get so many emails from them, that I hit the "unsubscribe " notice at the bottom of their email and this is the response I get: We're sorry, the system could not process your request as the service is unavailable. Please try again later, or contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788 for more information. So, I then called their representative and requested them to cease sending me emails. After visiting QVC website I started getting multiple emails a day. When you try to unsubscribe from their emails you get a message that they are unable to unsubscribe your email address and to call customer serviceunsubscribe from their emails and get the same message time after time. or to try again later. Customer service is terrible! I bought a tv from them on their flex pay. Get a email saying I need to contact them, which i did and the representative tells me they where just trying to confirm and everything was good to go. About a week later get another email, call again and said it was just to verify and everything was fine.
