QVC's business practices need to be investigated. I recently authorized to pay off two items that were "easy pay" orders. When I look at my bank account I see they have over charged my account $46. When I called customer service I am told this is their normal business practice to make sure I have enough funds in my account to cover the charges and that my account will be credited in 3-4 days. I purchased an item with the easy payment (5 payments) they have (awesome I thought). I wanted to pay it off early and made the last two payments ahead of time, 3 days later they collected an extra payment. I hated with one rep and she said this was an error that I was going to get refunded. 2 days later I got refunded for that extra payment (awesome I thought) by when I checked the item again they had added a 6th payment to the item I just paid off. I bought a $1000 quadcopter that was advertised as BRAND NEW but received a used one with no warranty or registration documents. The previous owner left video clips of him flying it and crashing it on the sd card that came with the drone! It wasnt refurbished because it would have had some indicator from the fsctory. When i choose a company to buy from i pick ones that are legit and honest. I dont feel qvc is either of these after this experience.
Never order plants from them and never order items shipped via the US Post Office. When items aren't delivered they like to blame you rather than the carrier. Sorry QVC, closing the account and sorry it had to end this way. Your customer service is horrid.
Opened an account made several purchases and always paid my value pays on time even early. QVC cancelled my account.
My mother wound up ill and i tried to call and cancel her auto shipments which they said i would need a Power of Attorney to stop her shipments. My mother clearly has compulsive shopping and spent several thousand a month on auto shipments and various junk offered by the sleazy sales associates who play to the weaknesses of the elderly and lonely. why is it that casinos must warn of gambling addiction but its not required for shopping networks?
Horribly disappointed with QVC!!!!!! I placed a very expensive order and waited a week for it to ship with no communication from QVC. Tried to log in to check the status and find my account deleted!! I email with questions and they tell me it's because I have not paid them in the past. COMPLETELY UNTRUE! This is by far the worst company I have tried to do business with. On two separate occasions I have tried to place an order through their order service line 800 700-1614. Both times the system did not process my order. I had and established account with company with no outstanding balance. On 01/02/18, I ordered a Dyson V8 with many accessories, a good payment plan and free shipping. No complaints. But, then the problem began. The next day, I realized I didn't enter a different shipping address. First, I tried to do it online, but it didn't appear to be changing on the order.
