I placed an order online but never received my email confirmation. Luckily I had written down the details and reached out to the Company's live chat for assistance. I asked the chat agent to specifically make sure the address was correct and was told the email was a match and the shipment would go through with no issues and I would receive tracking information once it shipped. Froze my account for absolutely no reason. Was not notified until I tried to log in. Made purchases a few days before hand. Claiming I have back owed debt even though my card is on auto pay.
On August 22, 2018, while viewing a QVC program selling the Serta Cache Mattress sets, I purchased a Queen set, and paid the full amount. Serta's segment indicated that (1) the new mattress set would be made for each individual buyer, (2) set would be delivered and their white-glove treatment crew would bring it in, set it up and remove the old set and haul it away. This company is the most irresponsible, unproffesional company and a corporate scam. I returned a defective item successfully back to them for a total of $300 and they have refused to give me my money back and it is going on the 2nd month. They have made excuse after excuse and refuse to let me talk to the financial department saying they do not have a phone number for them and that it is all done through emails!
6/26/18 As with other reviewers, my acct was closed unexpectedly and without reason. Good customer with no excessive returns. Contacted CS and was given a rude reply that it was closed and not to be reopened. When I asked why, she said it had to do with another acct. on file. I told her I did not have another acct. on file. My mother died. She had the same name as I do and she had an acct. but this had nothing to do with me. After some thought I wanted to add this comment. When told that my account would not be reopened, I told them how was I going to pay my bill on a closed acct. This is important to note because I do not want to be accused of not paying my bill by QVC. It is stupid to send payment to a closed account.
I purchased several items from QVC in the last week. They charged my credit card, shipped the merchandise and then had the merchandise returned to them. I filed a report with the BBB and their response was that I had too many accounts opened and they were suffering a financial loss. They have my money, how are they losing money? I haven't purchased anything from QVC since 2014. They are saying I owe on easy pay orders. I paid everything that was due. I am never, ever, ever getting anywhere near this company again. Enduring a lengthy return process with QVC was the most agonizing and ultimately frustrating experience I've gone through in a very long time, if ever. I just experienced the worst customer service of my life. I left a review on QVC, but I am sure it will be deleted. In an effort to some a bit of time, I will simply post that comment C&P’d. It is in regards to ordering a lens to go with my new camera. A camera, that QVC severely messed up on ordering too.
