Legitimately the worst customer service I have experienced with online shopping. I purchased an item on Feb. 12th stating that the anticipated (I know this is an estimate of course) delivery date was Feb. 21st. The item showed in stock on the website and did not note any reason for delays or state that the item was on back order. The date that the item was supposed to be delivered, I get an email stating that the order was delayed, but that was it - no further details and no updated delivery date. I purchased two pair of wide width RYKA booties from QVC. The box was labeled W but I've worn RYKA for many years so I know the shoe and the box did not match on either pair. The shoes weren't marked wide width and certainly weren't. I was confused by the QVC return policies and spoke with the returns dept via telephone. QVC lies and misrepresents the status of your order preventing you from cancelling because it's "in process". How does QVC get an A+ rating when it is not BBB accredited? It is a deceptive firm with highly questionable practices.

QVC will not honor the QVC credit card promotions they promise to their new customers, These kind of shady practices are very unprofessional and unacceptable. Its very sad and unfortunate that QVC has to trick/scam people into opening a credit card and shop with them.

I order regularly from QVC. When I try to post a negative review, the page repeatedly says "error." This has been happening for a long time. Company says it is being resolved. My desired post follows. Authentic gourmet large French croissant (imported) #M56367 I ordered before Christmas, opened them today to test the cooking time before my party tomorrow. On 12-12- 19 I was watching the QVC channel and the man was selling some type of tablet. I has no interest in the tablet but was intrigued by their offer of "Open a Q card by midnight and get a $50 credit" So I looked on their website and found a TV that I had previously looked at at a local store. I calculated that with the $50 credit the QVC TV was a better deal. I ordered two items from them and was overcharged hundreds of dollars leaving my bank account empty the week before Christmas. I contacted customer service in three different ways and was only told the charges were a computer glitch and would drop off at some point in the future. At this point, it's five days later and they are all still pending on my account, which is now overdrawn. I could find no one at QVC that cared about this happening to me because of their mistake.

Your company has some seriously shady practices. I had an easy pay and Yes I got behind by 2 payments. I was trying hard to pay the behind payments so I could get the oldest ones paid off, but your website no matter how many times I put it to pay off the older payments would not let me. It kept taking off the new one. I was trying so hard to pay it. It sucks that I got myself into a crappy situation, but to close out my account so that i could NOT pay it was rude.
