Ordered 2 of the same item. Both were shipped together in one small package. I was charged S&H twice (5.50 x 2 =. $11.00). S&H could not have been $11.00 for one small package. I emailed them and received a ‘ blow-off ‘ email back, a bit of fluff from them not justifying why I was charged such an exorbitant amount. I guess this is their way of padding the bill to make a little extra money. I find it deceitful and under handed. I wonder if others would be interested in considering a class action lawsuit. QVC decided they don’t want my business. I placed an order for an iPad this morning and I went to check the status of it and they cancelled my order, I didn’t get an email and I didn’t cancel it, I called them and they said cancelled my order and closed my QVC account claiming I had no phone or email address, how was there no email if I received an email Confirmation of my order? I did have a phone and email on the account and they charged my debit card and said the charge will be returned in 3 to 7 days. I asked why they di... read more

I honestly I was wanted to do no stars, but you can't. QVC is a joke! There's a flaw in their system where they'll cancel an order and not tell you that was canceled. Then you have to jump through hoops just get what you wanted before.

I am doing a negative review on QVC with the hopes of sparing other consumers the financial hit I took. I am on the easy pay payment plan. I went in and changed my debit card information So the payments would come from another account going forward because I was changing banks. I updated it under manage payments. I double checked to make sure it was now reflecting my correct card number and there it was updated. Scammers. Probably one of the most deceitful companies I have experienced. They will charge you for items that are not in stock and keep you in backorder forever. The item was never in stock and they won't even check before selling it it you. This especially applies to advance orders. Advance orders are taken, confirmed, given a ship date and a delivery date, and then get put on backorder. Qvc closed my account over invalid questions they asked me if I was a Sr or Jr and I replied neither and she closed my account and cancel my order. I requested to connect with a supervisor and she said none of available, and hung up.

The run around different stories, blam the other , blame the vendor, say sorry and repeat what I have stated as the problem...as the reason it is not a problem. I care not it the vendor I chose you QVC to do business with and to advocate for me when you chose 3rd party. Which by the way this was not third party this was in your very own warehouse and not being shipped from the vendor. Lies on top of Lies. Qvc suddenly closed my account, which is in good standing. Stating that I had an old easy pay, that didnt process from 5 years ago. Refused to let me pay it, stating that no account can ever be opened again. How stupid is that. I cant even view purchases or returns

I ordered a hair straightener a couple months ago and I'm still in the process of trying to get one that isn't used or damaged. This leads me to believe that they don't sell new products as advertised. For $80 I would expect a brand new item but this is the fourth time I've returned the straightener only to have them send me another one that has also been used.
