QVC - I ordered the Copper Chef grill and griddle from QVC. I ordered the Copper Chef Grill and Griddle which is what the label reads. Even on my order form and both products are shown on the website I only received the grill and the customer service rep stated, "no you only ordered the grill and the griddle is separate." The product is good but the mail was slow, the cs rep unconcerned and did not address my issue. My invoice shows both but they said no. I really don't care for your methods!
