I am not able to give QVC even one star although I am made to. I have tried for months, working with QVC customer service people and folks at Synchrony Bank to pay all I owe at once and get out of the obligations of a QVC card. After payments and much time with both organizations, I thought I was finished. Now I get a letter from Nationwide Credit, Inc. that I owe on my QVC card that was closed. A delivery from QVC was late and the tracking just showed the package leaving Ontario, CA and nothing else. I first tried to do the "LIve Chat" which was apparently deserted on the other end as no one answered or even acknowledged my presence. So I called the 888 number. The service rep on the other end knew my name and phone number but told me that my account had not been active since 2012. I'm dumping QVC. I"ve been a customer 30 years and they have lost a very loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars with them Years ago a great customer service company and quality products. Now constant issues with orders and they are questioning my refund requests! My last four deliveries are damaged food items-melted hamburgers..and they are questioning me???? Back in the day a customer was always right...now treated like dirt. They lost me and I'm closing my account.

I bought some bose quiet comfort headphones from them for $350 and they were broken within 2 months. Apparently this is outside of their warranty window so now i have to deal with finding a bose store, which are not close to anybody, and be without headphones for a few weeks while i get this figured out. Youd think spending $350 would be enough to give some responsibility to QVC but no, they'd rather defer that responsibility to somebody else. Very unprofessional and can't even credit a credit card that was charged. The item was purchased and my friend's card was on the account already unknown to me. I purchased two items and paid for them by entering my credit card info at the end when it asked for it. Well the person started calling me because QVC called them about payment. I then in turn called QVC and explained what happened and asked how could this have occurred. They said the last card to pay for something is the card they charge regardless. QVC hold onto returns after they have received them for weeks! They misrepresent their products and then once you receive them and find out they are not as presented, you have to pay return shipping, then they hold on to your return. Is this legal? No other online retailer does this.

I have ordered Beats Headphones in Nov 2018, there are issues with the headphones that are covered under manufacture warranty. Manufacture needs copy of the receipt with S/N of the headphones, but QVC is not able to provide that, which I cant understand. Manufacture said that S/N was produced in Nov 2017 and it is out of warranty.... not well done qvc!

I am very disappointed with QVC on May 6 2019 I place an order for a Bose radio, on May 9th at 8:30 pm I get a call from their customer service department trying to verified some security questions about my credit card, they ask me such questions as to my date of birth, my address, my last known address my last 4 numbers to my social security number, name of person and their date of birth this looks like they did a credit check with out my permission, I told the representative that I was concern about identity thief I ask fo... read more
