I would not recommend Prestige Ford to my own worst enemy! Customer service is non existent. Our Ford Fusion was bought brand new from them in 2017. Has been in multiple times for the same issues and can never be fixed. The latest is the air conditioner quit. Took it in and the service advisor seen it was not working. Called and left messages for 3 days trying to get an update. Not once did they ever return our call. 5 days later they called and said it started working again on its own and to come get it. Left my vehicle with service for a week while we were on vacation. Paid almost $500, got it back and 10 minutes later the check engine light came back on. We take it back and they have it for another 2 weeks. We pick it up today and then they want us to pay another $250 for the same problem they were supposed to fix the first time. My service advisor Rick told me my truck needed a new motor... 6.4 diesel. .. well over 7K just for the engine alone... if you want to hear a diesel with no compression running four days after being told it has no compression, just go to my page... it's there... Service advisor didn't listen to what I knew was wrong and manager just tried to smooth things over making his people look good... so glad I paid to get my truck towed home. stay away from the service department... repaired vehicle drive for 10 minutes and it died. had it 3.5 weeks so far and now wanting more money. poor communication.
