The Service Department is not worth the hassle. Unable to speak to anyone, no one calls you back. Put my car in the shop on Monday got it back on Wednesday & on Thursday sitting on the side of the road for the same problem!!!! After 4 phone calls still unable to get a hold of anyone. The most horrific customer service EVER.
Honest and straightforward service department. They don't try to sell me things I don't need.
My wife's car has been there for OVER A MONTH waiting to be worked on and its the same story every single time . . . "we only have 1 master mechanic and will start working on it first thing Monday or Tuesday!" Ok well 4 Mondays and Tuesdays have come and gone so its time to make some complaint calls on up the corporate ladder!

I started my buying adventure this past weekend working with Mike. After a series of unfortunate events I found my current truck had frame damage that a previous dealer did not disclose to me. Abby in the service dept. is a dynamo. She is extremely dependable and competent. A dealership is only as good as the service department and they have been the best.

At Prestige Ford we found out they treat you like family, not just another customer. Our salesman Nick Arnett is proper and such a class act knowing to show us all the Bells and Whistles we wanted in our new 2018 Ford Eco Sport. And Rick was as helpful as he could be.
