Never would trust anyone else to work on my car...
I took my F150 to Prestge because the battery died. Their price was about the same as the auto parts stores here. The service advisor Abby Bennett had my battery checked to determine if it would hold a charge. At first it did, so I was hoping to avoid buying a new one. But the battery kept going down. Then they discovered a cracked under one of the terminal posts, so I ended up buying a new one. I was able to redeem my reward points, so the battery was cheaper than any where else I could have gone.

My edge has been their to replace a defective transmission since March 7 I've been given the run around by the general manager the repair. Shop manager. The repair shop manager reassured me it will be in the shop Friday! It is still sitting on the back lot they just moved it to a different spot thinking I wouldn't see it. I need to talk to the Owner!!!
Went for a oil change,and ended up buying a new Ford Escape. The Staff was very nice and helpful to us. I was very happy with the whole experencie. Will buy another car from this Dealership again.
Brought my vehicle in after a car accident because it is an insurance approved location. Not only is the vehicle almost a week late but I received no communication as to the delays on my vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle, there was some black adhesive sprayed inside the vehicle on my floorboard carpets and door upholstery that actually burned holes in the fabric!!!!!!
I had a great experience at the dealer. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and they got it for me and at the price that I wanted. I would buy from them again. I highly recommend George McCready who was my sales consultant.
Just bouight a 2017 Fusion from Prestige Ford. My wife and I are sticklers for detail so we put the sales staff through a bit of a challenge with many questions and a few changes in mind. Through it all we were completely satisfied. The complete staff was very helpful and accommodating.The sales person, Jonny H., and his manager went out of their way to help us throughout the whole process.
