My buying experience at Prestige was a good one! I worked with two salesmen, Chris and Mike, and got the vehicle I wanted in the price range I wanted. BUT!!! Received my registration sticker for my plate in the mail and when I went tot put it on the plate.....I realized that when they transferred the plate, they took my palm tree license plate holder, and replaced it with a "Prestige Ford" one!!! This place has to be one of the worse ran organizations in the country. My 2017 Ford Edge was taken into the shop for a check engine light at 30,000 miles. Left it there for 12 days, then they proceeded to tell me everything was fine and there were no issues. 30 seconds after we left, light comes back on and the car starts to shake. After fighting with them they decided to look at it again and finally give a rental car. The car was then in the shop 2 more days and they said they fixed a bad coil. After charging me for two hours of labor to tell me it was going to be at least $2,000 to fix (to which I declined, because that is insane) they couldn’t even give me the pin code to open my door since I never got one when I bought the car, because they weren’t sure how to reset it. Don’t all Fords have that key pad?? Wouldn’t you think a FORD service department would be able to tell you that or know how to reset it?? So it cost me $300 and a whole wasted day for absolutely nothing.
What a great group of people they have working here! I really can’t say enough about what a great experience it was shopping and buying a new Mustang it was here! It’s worth the drive!
