Their salesman makes you feel like a valued customer by saying if I have any issues, to contact him and he will look into it. I bought a certified 2016 Explorer a couple of weeks ago. I noticed the other day that my rear tire on the passenger side has a plug in the tire and a ripped piece on the side of the tire. I would attached pics but don't see where I can. Totally awful customer service sucks.
I had a remarkable and refreshing experience at Prestige Ford. My salesman was patient and did not attempt to pressure me into a purchase. It’s not every day a female can walk into a dealership and leave feeling confident in her purchase. My salesman spent a considerable amount of time answering questions (repeated questions), and I love my car, 2020 Ford Explorer. Thank you Chris and staff at Prestige Ford for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this dealership.
This place is a shithole from top to bottom, and the Owner is a crook who steals from customers as well as employees. The employee turnover there is horrendous and customers are leaving in droves ... CUSTOMERS AND PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES BEWARE !!!
My car was in their shop for warranty work. They called my wife to come pick it up, when she got there the battery was dead and all they could say was "it's Florida heat, sometimes they just die." Then offered her a new battery for roughly $130. How does a battery die in less than 24 hours from the time they fixed the car until it gets picked up? We just had the battery replaced within the year. Will NOT be back to this dealership.
