I had my truck serviced at Prestige ford and I was greeted by Melanie the service coordinator I was impressed by her attention to my concerns and her follow up call was her display of her superb customer service skills.
Salesmen where great they didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t want. And they offer a life time Warranty on the engine, transmission, and drivetrain as long as you keep up with the maintenance. I would like to say special thanks to Doug Hoy
Caught an employee going through my glove box and center console. management did nothing, and not even an apology
You can never reach anyone in service and their mailbox is always full. I took a vehicle in for diagnostic work, they gave me a list of things needing replaced. One component was supposedly the main concern for my issue, that was incorrect. Not even close to being the problem (a loose bolt which they should have easily found if they had only addressed the other concern I had, which they did not). I requested their senior tech and they assured me the kid that worked on my truck was their most experienced tech. Lies and crappy... read more
3 hours waiting to change my truck oil. This is unacceptable. I don’t recommend this place. Customer service horrible!
