They will sell you a car being held together by duct tape and tell you that you are out of luck and that they will not fix the vehicle. Had the general manager Rick hang up on me because I told him I was going to write a bad review. I spilt a lot of money for the car I bought with them just to be treated like a piece of garbage when I came forward with them with a complaint. I called about getting my battery replaced. Andrea was friendly and very helpful. She said bring it right in. I took the car in immediately and it was ready in about an hour. Everyone was very nice.
took my truck Saturday to get a oil change had a 10:00 appointment The truck didn't go back there till 10:30 12:00 finally got to leave after the truck was 2 quarts low oil all over the inside the interior and on the door and on the hood worst service I've ever had every time I go there I have bad service since the '90s I've had bad service to prestige Ford will never go back done with the place
We were very pleased with how Eli and Ricky worked with us in getting our CPO Edge. We are a Ford family and used to deal with Mullinax, but will stay local with Prestige from now on. The only suggestion I would make would be to have all sales people and those conducting business with customers, especially when riding along with test drives, wear a mask of some sort. I’m not as concerned as other people may be, but it’s a sense of comfort for many and shows you are truly looking out for others.
Just traded my Focus ST for a new Mustang GT. Zach and Eli worked as a team to make sure everything went smoothly and I was in and out in just a couple hours. This is the second car I’ve purchased here and will definitely do business again in the future. Very happy with the whole experience.
Their service department cannot service a F350 dually purchased at the dealership. Unequipped to balance and align tires. Sells a service plan and then does not provide the service.
It was a pleasant experience.
