Instead of turning in, turn away. Their service department is a joke. I’ve tried using them on 6 different occasions and it’s always the same terrible service. Finally have given up on the convenience of the store being close and taking my business elsewhere.
My salesman was quite knowledgeable gave us a lot of help explained a lot of things to us was an all-around good experience and his name was Mike Carter good job
The Service Department has been very accommodating to my schedule, service has been quick, and prices are reasonable.

CJ and Eli are hands down the coolest, the most helpful and attentive sales people we have ever met. My wife and I hate car dealerships with a passion, we hate their sales tactics. CJ and Eli made the car purchase for us truly enjoyable. My wife and I found the car we needed with all the features we wanted at an amazing price. And they bought us coffee lol... we recommend CJ and Eli anytime of the day, they were outstanding

I have a 2020 Explorer, have not even made my first payment, that started upshifting and down shifting roughly. I called and was THRILLED they would squeeze me in. I got there rehashed the issue, sat inside and worked, and then was told nothing was wrong. HOW CAN NOTHING BE WRONG! My dog was thrown off the back seat while driving down the road.
