We had a bumper to bumper warranty the seal on the sunroof shrunk and they would not replace it under warranty it was going to cost $750. We did not cause the seal to shrink unbelievable will never ever sent anyone to this dealership or ever go there again for any kind of service. This is a buyer beware warning ����
Had a fender bender and they got my car in and out within a few days. They took care of me getting a rental, the staff was friendly and did a great job.
Will lie and do anything to get you in car especially in trying to get you in a newer car. I will never go back and hope Karma comes around to them. If you want a great car and experience go to Mullinax Ford worth the drive every time even the wait for the right car with them.
Thank you Jacob I’m service! Our truck broke down a mile away and we rolled ourselves here. He got us in immediately, fixed it within an hour, and I was on my way. Did not expect such good service from a dealership we don’t go to. We will be back!! Good honest people.
I love their service department. Abbey is a great writer and was able to fit me in with something I thought might hurt my car when a light was on. They are very accommodating quick and thorough. Although it's a trip for me from the villages I wouldn't go anywhere else.
