The billing system for Quest Diagnostics is completely unprofessional, They charge me for service paid already adjusted by the insurance, and they repeat the same mistakes multiple times, and they denied the service if you do not pay the wrong balance , We have to file a class A action lawsuit against this company
Worst, slowest testing center. The webpage doesn't work to make an appointment-even though they appointment times seem available an error appears. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone calling the main number or the branch number. It keeps sending back to the glitchy online page.Walk-ins waiting times are at least an hour.I don't plan to go back and would select any other testing center.Horrible service. Webpage not working. No one can be reached over the phone. Insanely long waiting times.
Impossible to make an appointment. Their robots do not even recognize the local quest lab. Impossible to speak to anyone. When you show up the are rude if you dont have an appointment.They deserve zero stars
I had some labs done through Quest Diagnostics a few weeks ago. This past Monday I received a **** in the mail for $400 with a message in all caps that said "WE HAVE FILED YOUR INSURANCE. YOU ARE NOW RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE". I called my insurance company to verify what was paid on the claim and they informed me that Quest had not even submitted a claim to them for processing. My husband went in for lab work, he was told he owed for a previous visit. He paid with a credit card. We dont pay for lab work, so we called the insurance company and they verified the **** had been payed by the insurance. That has been since September 30th, 2021. We have attempted several times to get our money back, however we only get the run around. We still have not received our money. Quest employees are rude and very unprofessional.
This company is a mess and does not are about their customers. I will NEVER return for anything. All the addresses on line are wrong because they do not update them. You cannot find anyplace. Says they are in ******** and many other locations. You cant reach anyone by phone and I wasted over an hour of work time on trying to find a place without success. It is they who put their addresses on line. They are too lazy to remove them and keep us all driving around for hours. They s**k!
Worse company I have ever dealt with. Provided EOB from Anthem showing adjusted amount, Quest Diagnostics just insists on sending me the full ****. Even though I have had 12 phone calls with 3 tier 2 people and 4 supervisors. ALL OF THEM showed the adjusted amount which actually reflected that they owned me ~35$ rather than me owning them $189.00. Avoid these scammers!! My doctor sent them a sample to analyze. They incorrectly ran my insurance, using my secondary insurance only, rather than my primary. There was no way to reach a human in their billing department on the phone, to have them **** my primary insurance, while they sent me the first notice that I owed them $400. Currently going through a billing issue with Quest Diagnostics and the billing rep I spoke with on 2/24 and 3/7 were less than helpful. I had went in for a blood draw and verified proof of insurance before testing with the staff. Unfortunately there was a lapse in coverage on the day I went in and I was not covered.
