I had to get bloodwork done at Quest Diagnostics so I had to drink a lot of water prior to the test. After the test I had to use the restroom and could not believe there was no soap to wash my hands, not even an empty soap dispenser! It made me very uneasy about the hygiene of the people that are taking your blood, etc. This is a medical place and the employees don't even wash their hands with soap!

I scheduled 3 different appointments for testing and each one was cancelled the day before. This was for blood work ordered by my doctor for a medical condition, not a recreational thing. This level of irresponsibility and disregard for patent health is revolting.

They will absolutely over charge you. I was put into collections because of $10! But now they lost my business. I will not go there again and I routinely have blood work done. I HOPE IT WAS WORTH ALL THE BUSINESS THEY WILL LOSE!

I give Quest Diagnostic a one star because I have been fighting with them about my insurance for over 6 month because they had 1 letter wrong on my insurance and now they are taking me to collection, they will next call back after we talked about it over 2 months ago

I made my appointment online, showed up 10 mins early, checked in. The Phlebotomist calls my name to go back to get blood work. She stops me dead in my tracks before I could even go into the draw room, she proceeds to tell me I have to remove my latex gloves from my hands. I ask her why, she tells me that they are unsanitary, and we people tend to touch things in the draw room! I let her know that I have a medical condition that requires me to wear gloves on my hands. The first time I heard anything about having a **** / copay was when it showed up on my credit score from a collections agency. I traced the **** back to Quest and was told that my contact information was incorrect and so they had had difficulty reaching me. I'm a firm believer that if Quest can send emails to me about offers and discounts, then they can send emails about a ****. If I could give negative 100 stars I would. This company fraudulently charged me for several pregnancy tests when I'm sterile (I had a bilateral salpingectomy years ago). Then they fraudulently charged me twice for one ***** calprotectin test that my gastroenterologist had ordered before I could have a colonoscopy. I wound up paying (being robbed of) $500 dollars rather than try to fight gigantic corporation that probably has a bunch of fine print and legal-eze on their side.

I am livid right now. I set up auto payments and these people have been taking my money but did not credit my account with them and I just received a collections notice for money I do not owe!! I held over an hour to speak to a human. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

After 1 year of doing everything they asked of me 10 plus times, speaking to them once a week, talking to managers, etc, etc their chaotic company sent me to collections for 188 dollars, which I DON'T OWE. I had a perfect credit score. I was awaiting a response, yet again, when I received a collections notice.
