I had a terrible experience with Quest Diagnostics trying to get a covid test for my son. I had a confirmation number, got to the drive through early, and the ******* pharmacist said that there was an issue on the quest diagnostics side and that I should call their customer ********************** number to clear it up and come back. I have been completely unable to get an a hold of anyone at this company who can successfully provide me with an itemized invoice/receipt that I can provide to my FSA. this should be a standard practice as I'm sure quite a few people pay with FSA cards.I have spent 2 days trying to email them, and they're customer ********************** keeps responding back with a general phone number that is nothing but a phone menu. Wow, what a terrible experience. My husband was sick we tried to get a test for him- made an appointment on their horrific website- which kept auto-correct his name to my name every time I hit confirm- then after 2 hour on their website- I got a confirmation and an confirmation email and number! I went in for yearly wellness check for company. Results impact discount on my insurance and they erroneously enter my weight which caused me to have high bmi. The weight they put me at I did Not even weight with my 2 pregnancies. They stated it was correct and if I wanted it changed I would have to wait for letter from them and reschedule an appointment. This company is awful. I have been trying to resolve a billing issue for 4 months and they have taken no action except to refer me to the doctor's ****** to resubmit the order. The doctor's ****** assures me that they have contacted Quest and provided the information but Quest has taken no action to resubmit the **** to the insurance company. Their systems for communications with patients and providers is awful. I am asking my doctor to use another company. If ZERO STARS was an option I would select that.
I am very upset with this crooked lab! I had blood drawn on December 6, 2021. Over 20 vials of blood, but most of them were lost!!! I had to go back to do it again! Now I need another appointment with my doctor! Who is going to pay this doctor twice for the same thing!!! Sloppy job done by quest!!! This has never happened before in my life! Very unreliable, waiting few days fir Covid-19 test results, same excuse backed logged due to surge. To find out results to have to die first
I tried to do covid test, registered online, got confirmation with the bar code, but when I came for my appointment, they said I didn't fill out something else. I did returned to my office and finished my profile. They even asked my last digits of my social security and started asking the certain multiple choice questions about my life to verify my identity . New billing company for Quest is horrible. No response for repeated requests to resubmit two bills that were denied by ********* You get different info every time you call or they hang up on you.
