Useless, inaccurate, and no customer ********************** when I called the call center during standard business hours as instructed on the invoice mailed to me. I received an invoice via mail for $148.10 and went to their website to pay it to find a balance of $344.09. I tried to call them and the recording says they are too busy to take your call so call back later or use automated services. You are then hung up on.

Called their 866# four times on Nov. 18th because I wanted to confirm that the code Z11.52 that was on the doctors script was okay to use, to make sure the results would be available within 48 hours, and I wanted to make an appointment. After 35 min. hold on the fourth call, I finally got hold of a live person who said she needed to transfer me to another department. If I could give less stars I would. I had my annual bloodwork done. I made a profile on the app, included all of my insurance information. the day of my appointment I asked if I could speak to someone, I just wanted to make sure I imputed my insurance information correctly. I was told there are only phlebotomists here, that I would have to call or use the app. I have been trying to call since the end of September. Bottom Line:For physicians needing rapid in most cases trustworthy lab results, computer relayed, Quest is a pro. For patients... It's a mess. Try and make an online appointment, I cant get it to process once a time is allocated. I must use the phone-in method. No more walk-ins So far Good lab technicians. Lots of Locations Need Addressing:Qualified Receptionist Robotic atmosphere.unacceptable wait time when needing human responses by phone.Waiting Rooms could use a professional designer to spruce up the shabby spaces.

After my second awful and unprofessional experience at a ********* Quest Diagnostics center, I asked for the district or regional office location and/or phone number and was very impolitely handed a locations paper with an ************************************************************************************* regional office as there are more than 2 dozen locations here in ********* and was told take the paper or not - THIS WAS BY THE OFFICE MANAGER, or so I was told!!! On 11/12/21 I was on time for my phlebotomist appointment. After waiting for over 25 minutes my name was called and I was informed that I would not be served until I put on a mask. All of the sudden one day i see that a Quest collection of ****** is on my credit report, My physician used Quest to get lab results and i guess they got my social and all my info but didn't bother to get my insurance information rather they killed my credit for this ****** and will cost me allot to get rid off, I tried to call them and waited over a half hour to get to speak to someone and when i finally got to talk to someone they didn't hear me ( I guess they have people from overseas to handle their calls) i recommend th... read more

They are advertising their Covid antobody test as a semiquantitiative test that you can use to tract your own results over time. They provide no units, nor any idea of what scale is being used. Other labs report on terms of U/ml. Quest gives no units making the test meaningless.

Is went in to get a covid test they say 24 hours and it's been over 48 hours and still no results. Nobody will help you and tell you to just call the number... would never recommend this to anyone
