I called and was hung up on as the wait time was apparently too long. I then emailed them twice with no response. I called today and was hold for 45 minutes. I am being charged over $900 for test that wouldve cost half that down the street. I only went here because its where my doctor has all patients test done. If I wouldve known how outrageously priced (with ZERO discounts) they were I wouldve never went. Worst place ever.

Since Quest Diagnostic Laboratory became a monopoly on Cape Cod, they have cut back on their locations, number of employees, and hours. My doctors office, said I had a standing order at Quest for lab work for my yearly physical. I went, and was told I would have to make an appointment. I was able to make an appointment for later in the day. I just would have to add a couple of hours to the fasting time. I was lucky. I tried to reach Quest to confirm an appointment time. I called the local number. Of course recording after recording. There was an option to press 6 to speak to some one. I press 6 and OF COURSE I get the recording that 6 is not a valid option!! The worst, worst, worst example of customer **********************. Why do you even bother to have a phone number if you can't hire anyone to answer it. Just despicable.

I have been trying for months to contact a person regarding billing the wrong insurance ID. I can't get a person and when I correct it online, it is still wrong.

I just left Quest Diagnostics on **************************************************. I made an appointment for 10:15AM, and got a confirmation. I arrived at 10:00AM checked in at the using my confirmation code. I sat and waited until 10:54AM when I tried to ask about the screen that kept adding people in front of me and increasing my time. The ********** location at ***************** employs some of the most vile, negligent, malicious and incompetent individuals I have ever encountered in any sector. I arrived promptly at 7:00am EST on 10/29/21 for my scheduled appointment and confirmed immediately with the male "employee" which test I was having done. He explicitly acknowledged and confirmed the details of this test and checked me into the system. My mom had an appointment for 10:45 on 10/28/2021, ********************************************************************************************, and was seen 5 minutes after we signed in. Her techician *****, was very kind, professional, and efficient. Unlike in other places where the techicians would blow my mother's vein trying three times to insert the needle, ***** gentle did it the first time, and my mom was very pleased.Thank you very much *****!

Do not charge when there for service. Do not send ****. They send a text with a link to pay. I can not get the link on my phone. the link does not work on the computer. Calling the phone number is a ******* joke. I wasted ssssssssssssssssssoooooooooooooooo much of MMMMMMMMYYYYYYYYY time. NEVER WANT TO USE SUCH A S***** SERVICE AGAIN. SSSooo what the **** am I to do.
