Quest wrongfully billed my insurance 3 times for a test they can only charge once per day according to their contract with my insurance. They took 14 weeks to do a **** review they said would take 2 weeks and still said I owed. I finally insisted on speaking to a manager and the Manager told me what paperwork to email Quest to clear up the problem. She said she noted what we talked about--that though 3 tests were performed only 1 was allowed to be billed. Ahe said it should be resolved in 2 weeks and I should hear back. It's... read more

They suck! The first, and only, **** I received showed that our **** was already 90 days overdue. The **** didn't indicate what services were rendered, so we had no idea what it was for.Tried calling them and automated system said it would be a 1 hr to 3 hr wait. Really??? Finally called our insurance company to find out what the **** was for. After finding out, we gladly paid the ****. Quest should fire their administrator. Clean house from top to bottom! Pathetic excuse for a company.

My husband went to have a drug screen, his test came back positive but the problem is that he does not do drugs. He called them back and they did not have him in the system under his SSI #, they told him that # didn't exist in their system. He looked on the paper they gave him and the wrong SSI # was listed on there and they didn't have that # in the system either so I told him to give his DOB and then they said oh I can't give you any information. worse company I had to deal with. do not do an automatic payment plan with them. I change my mind I try to cancel not only they did not do it, they took more than the amount I owed the last payment and it is over a month and I still emailing them and calling them asking when they are going to refund me the extra money they took from my account and still not responding.

I am submitting this complaint on behalf of my elderly father ********************** who visited the Quest office located on ***********************************************. My father is a Spanish speaking, 73 year old man who is also hard of hearing. I scheduled an appointment for him weeks in advance using the online portal as my father does not use a computer. QUEST DIAGNOSTICS FRAUDULENT BILLING. My husband and I are both licensed healthcare providers. Quest Diagnostics is scamming patients and families. 1. Quest Diagnostics billed for our child's lab work. 2. The **** was paid in full through our bank account via the Quest billing website, July 2021. Our bank statement shows the Quest **** was paid; the amount on the bank statement debited exactly matches the Quest billing statement.3. We continued to receive billing invoices. 4. Waiting in waiting room for my appointment. So far an hour late. Had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Wait list screen keeps changing my wait time. Got down to 5 minutes, back up to 68 minutes. Everyone here having the same experience. Lovely meeting everyone here, but need to have my appointment honored.
