I set up a payment plan for three months through Quest Diagnostics, and after two months, I decided to check the ****. Neither of the first two payments had been applied to the ****. Quest Dragnostic worst service ever! I had checked on the website if they were open due to a snow storm, everything looked ok, I even called their number to make sure. They sent me a confirmation, checked in before the appointment through at text message with a link that Quest sent, when I got there it looked like the parking lot was empty, drove around it, found the entrance in the back, walked through the door, got a confirmation that I can enter but to my surprise the door to Quest was closed. Quest Diagnostics submitted a claim to my insurance company with the wrong insurance ID#. To top matters off, I received several claims with the same claim number with different bogus amounts hmmm. When you try to contact someone at Quest you are left on hold for over 40 mins then disconnected. I have made a total of 8 contacts and each time disconnected. Paperwork is submitted to fix the error of the wrong Insurance ID# and now the account is in collection. Paperwork also states that the claim sent to insurance company, but... read more
I have always had a good rapport with Quest until this last draw. A test that should take 24 hours to come back, and its an urgent test they told me today could take up to a week. I have had the same blood tests for the past two weeks and this has never happened or been straight up lied to. I will be finding a new lab to draw my blood for the disrespect and plain out lie to me. Very unprofessional and I am still waiting on the test to come back. Again this is an urgent matter and they are dragging their feet.
Would rate lower if possible. After lengthy wait on test results (13 days), I made numerous contacts attempting to get results, only to find it was sent after final contact to a doctor I've never been to in a different city. When I contacted Quest online (can't reach a real person by phone), got a canned replay stating I could email or fax directly to my physician. I am shocked at how they handle their payment system. I set up payment plan and got confirmation that it was good to go. Then get a call a couple of months later that it has been sent to collections. No notification that the payment didn't go through and when I called a rep she was unable to explain any of the many issues. I feel like this is a scam because a business of this size should have a functioning payment system. 0 stars. Bad business.
The worst customer ********************** ever. Since an year I have been calling them to ask if I have any outstanding balances they mention none. To my surprise they send send a **** to collections! My credit score is ****** up because of them. I dont know if there system is not in sync with health insurance portfolio but this is so sick. Im being billed for blood test that was wrongly coded and then fixed but still and being hounded by credit collection services. Cannot get through to quest diagnostics on the phone. Being transferred 20 times and then hung up on. Can I get through
QuestDiagnostic has been giving me the run arounds since 2019 of June for a test that my docter ordered.Quest gave me tests that weren't true.I have tested with the health department.The state says was diagnosed wrong.Quest hasn't settled my debt with the financial assistance program.I filled out forms for their financial assistance program.They still haven't resolved the debt for 3 years.I just want to warn people that Quest will s**** you over for testing so you can pay ****.I don't know where to settle my debt to get it c... read more
