Had an appointment this morning; one prepaid blood test. The girl was having a bad day and took it out on my blood draw. Very unprofessional, more childish than I would have imagined in a professional setting. With an employee like this you lose business Qwest. I will personally change doctors to avoid using your labs again. And the bathroom door was without a working lock. Hope no one had to pee today.
Foggy creek location is by far the best! All the girls are great but miss ***** is the sweetest! Always in great spirits and every appointment is painless with her.
Went to two locations those places were rude and the storefronts were filthy. They were untrained and borderline incompetent. The very minimum in Healthcare.
Quest Diagnostics has an internal culture problem. The culture now is negativity and defensiveness. This business needs classes in customer **********************. The customer is not always right but a smile and kind words go a long way. The eye rolling and smart **** remarks to patients have to stop. It's so sad that a big company like this does such a horrible job. I'm mainly talking about trying to call them and wait on hold for 25 min. and to be hung up on and told to try again another day. This is the 3rd time that they have lost my paperwork and keep requesting my drs to resend the paperwork back in. I have been dealing with this since August 2021 and now its March 2022 and they are asking the provider to resend everything.
I have spent 5 months trying to get them to send their **** to my insurance company. In January they threatened to turn it over to a collection agency. I spoke with them and verified both mailing address and digital address of my insurance company. And was told I would be given an extra 45 days. At the end of February I recieved a letter for a collection agency. Called my insurance, they still had not received anything from Quest. Waited 45 minutes to talk to a Quest supervisor who after 10 minutes of looking at my past call... read more
Staff at Quest were so incompetent that I have been required to return five times for a single test, because they have given the wrong collection containers or procedures on three subsequent visits.
The billing practices of this organization are outrageous. I repeatedly attempt to pay the bills they send me using my HSA card. They do not process them because they want you to go online to pay in this manner. I do not pay bills online. Let me repeat that quest, I do not pay bills online. You need to put a mechanism on your invoices by which a person can write in an HSA credit card as every other medical outfit that I deal with does. Quest is the perfect example of why of Antitrust laws should exist. They have the So-Cal market locked down and have the most horrendous service, across the board. Whether your talking about their sub-par website for appointments (how do you not ask for the test that I have to give, for me to take a day off of work, go to the lab, for them to say "sorry, we dont have it).
