Quest Diagnostics forced me to give a credit card number to get tests that my dr ordered. Forced me to sign a paper giving them the right to charge my bank or no test would be done. I had to sign to get the tests but wasn't really concerned because I have ******************* that covers lab. These tests took place Dec 8, ****************************************** $426! Why?? I walked in to do labs and was there an hour. I understand people with appointments get priority however I was literally next in line when I was bumped 4 spots for people with appointments. My lab test needed to be done before 9 am and because I was bumped I was unable to get my labs done. When I asked the tech his response was we are totally overwhelmed, I can give you an appointment card. How useful! I have had bad experiences with them for years. One of the worst places. I had to take my 3 year old daughter to get blood work done. The lady wasn't able to fine a vane with the rubber band on either arm.....so she decided to stick the needle in one arm still....wiggle it around, and said "I still can't find one". She then did the dame exact thing to the other arm. My daughter was screaming her head off the whole time. At the end of the appointment after my daughter had to be put through that........they didn't even grt any blood
It's been over a year that I stopped going to Quest. The first time I ever had a really bad experience with a foreign lady Who Was Not only **** but incompetent. Two emails to Quest yielded no results. If I use Quest Diagnostics, my lab work is free, but I now go to the hospital who has been doing my phlebotomy work. Although I have to pay now for the service, it's better than being hurt and treated disrespectfully. I'm referring to the ********, ************ location.
The bathrooms are dirty at Quest Diagnostic. There is no hot water at handwashing sinks. Pubic hair on toilet.Hair in sink.There are no wipes to use before urinating for lab sample.Hard to urinate & be comfortable.
Will not be going back to quest. Very rude and unorganized. Forgot a mask and they wouldnt provide one but would also not draw blood with out a mask. Customer ********************** is horrible and I wont be using them again.
Booked an appointment online for ****am. Arrived, had difficulty signing in with their antiquated and unreliable system, and then was told they did not have my appt scheduled and so I would have to wait inline for apprx 2 hours. The staff were horrible and unapologetic. I wasted and hour and a half waiting, and then had to leave as I had another appointment. FCK Quest...never again.
Worst place ever! Rude, incompetent people who act like they dont care if they are even there. Mainly minorities work there who have an attitude that they are doing us a favor lol Dropped off some test samplesof course they had an issue with a test code and instead of THEM being the responsible professionals and getting it corrected, they made me do the leg work. Went to Quest diagnostics lab today, have had all three Covid/Omicron variant vaccines. Did not realize masks are still required. Sitting in waiting room, rude lab tech comes out and barks at me for not having a mask, sticks paper towel in my hand and tells me to cover my mouth and nose with it. Absolutely absurd. I'm a retired physician, and could not believe the rudeness of this lab tech, plus the fact that masks are useless and in fact harmful.
