Overcharged me on one **** charged me ran my card 4 times on another ****. Never got my money back
I think that Quest is a purely money sucking business that cares nothing abou the patients or anything else for that matter other than their money. I had to visit Quest recently and was told by someone I could not really understand that I had to pay the $4.32 that my insurance did not cover " NOW " or they would not run my blood work. I signed up for a Quest account so I could get my results and pay my ****. My results show up and 1 **** did but some of them never did. Months later I try to go get another test and they say there's outstanding bills. I look in my account and still nothing.I spent hours on the phone being passed around and disconnected multiple times. They asked for an account number but it's not on past bills (Just **** Numbers) that are already paid and the account number is nowhere in the online account.They tried to look it up with my n... read more
The worst experience ever. They made me wait for two hours because I did not have an appointment, they demanded that I go buy a mask, are you kidding me, a medical facility and can't give me a mask, and the final straw was when I asked to use a smaller needle they refused. This is the Quest facility in ******** ********** on ******* Dr.Please stay away from these people, they have no manners or sensitivity, they are robots.
This has been a terrible experience using this company. I can't believe things are still this bad 2 years into the pandemic. This company has an awful website that doesn't fulfill their promised turnaround times. I've been waiting for 3 days to get my son's test results when the turnaround time is supposed to be 24 hours. I just called and the test was finalized yesterday, but the results are not available in MyQuest, which may be the worst app I've ever experienced. I will never use this company again!
Charged me $830 for blood work for a couple of Titers and Quantiferon test (test for TB). I just thik that this is ridiculous price for just blood work for pre employment. Suggestion, find yourself a smaller laboratory that doesn't overcharge for blood work.
I received a **** from quest diagnostics , I paid the outstanding balance, I contact my insurance company for reimbursement and the insurance company reviewed the statement and informed me the Quest have overcharged me, they have submitted the claim for one date of service multiple times as per two reps from my insurance company.I have been trying for months to address this matter with your customer ********************** and still have not received my refund or any explanation to why I have been **** many time for the same ... read more
Will not **** your secondary insurance. They say they will but don't actually do it. I called 3 times then had my insurance call them. Got 4 different reasons why the insurance wasn't billed. Now have to self- **** which is a pain. Also, very quite often my doctor didn't get the results. I had to go on their website and request the results be faxed to my doctor. I am fine with them.
Horrible company!!! Sent me a **** a year after my insurance had already paid the ****. I provided proof that my insurance paid the **** and they continued to send me a ****. After multiple attempts to show proof it was paid they sent it to collections. Either they have incompetent people or running a scam or both.
