I have to get bloodwork done on a regular basis so Im at Quest quite often. I have billing issues every time for over a year at the Aventura location. They billed to the wrong insurance company and each and everytime I go their computer screen says that I owe over $700. This billing issue was sent to collections even after it was paid. The issue was resolved and paid and I have a receipt that says so. But every time I have to bring in my receipt to show them That its paid. Yesterday i had a scheduled appointment to have a specific non blood test at Quest. When I went in for the test, the technician said" I have bad news for you, we are out of the test . You will have to reschedule." I had made my appointment a month earlier. Just like that, dismissed!Two years before that, I had to drop off a specimen at Quest. They kept charging me $300 plus for services included in my annual exam. After calling my health insurance, the insurance stated that they already paid quest and not to pay as it seemed they were double dipping. Repeated conversations with quest caused them to continuously change how much they charged me then sent me to a creditor for $188 all after my health insurance repeatedly said they had already paid quest for the service. If you can help it, go to a different lab. Do not use quest.

Nightmare. They don't **** - they scam you!!!They say : you got a great insurance and all these lab tests are covered and then send you *final* notice of thousands $$ and treating with collectors. And customer support is awful, nowhere to complain they keep saying you owe it!Pretty deceitful style of doing the business, shame on you.

Zero stars deserved. My husband and I both have been sent to collections of less than $200 for payments our doctors office said we do not owe. We should have paid nothing. We try to call Quest and are put on hold and then the phone just hangs up. Every time and we tried to call several times. We tried disputing the debt with the collection agency but the was a condescending jerk. Looks like we will have to dispute this on our credit and upload any evidence we have that we do not owe this and they can dispute it on our behalf... read more

Unfortunately the problem here is not the quest locations but the customer *********************************************. The people you talk to at the customer ********************** center are completely worthless, non educated to what they are doing and honestly seem like they can care less if there job or of the customers. When you actually goto the quest centers they treat you well and are awesome. I had an experience with ***** at you *********** ******** facility on *****. Quest incorrectly billed me. I had to pay it to avoid an impact to my credit. They refuse to correct the **** and issue a refund, despite my health provider and insurance company showing them the issue.

Had bloodwork done over two weeks ago and still no results. Ive called 3 times only to be told they will be available soon. Now, i have a doctor *********** tomorrow and no test results. If I cancel *********** I will have to pay cancellation fee therefore I must go and then reschedule a second *********** if and when results are available. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND QUEST TO ANYONE!!!
