If you dont happen to have the paper copy that states the **** number and account number you are totally out of luck! after a 23 minute hold I was able to get the account number BUT to get the billing number I had to be transferred to someone else -then they transferred me to the *** system and all I had to do was just input the account number and my credit card information -why didnt they tell me this in the first place?Long wait time and not my job attitude; useless website -they State that they are making changes but I ca... read more

Spent a half hour filling out online forms including insurance info and questionnaire for a molecular covid test. At the end the message was "You qualify for a Covid Test. Please make an appointment." Made an appt. for next day. Good so far. Arrive on time and Patient Registration kiosk asks nearly all of the same questions I answered online, time wasting but I did it. Quest Diagnostics ********************************************** DON"T GO to this facility unless you like total incompetence !!!!1. I had an afternoon appointment but the website said you can just show up and see if there is any availability. I got there in the morning signed on through the kiosk (2 people in waiting room) and gave my info and it responded estimated wait time 9 minutes.2. Quest lab in ft ******,** still has mask required signs on doors and refused to provide one to me when requested. Even though the sign on the door says one will be provided. The lab tech was probably overworked, but she gave excuse that masks are back ordered. Which is a lie since masks are available everywhere now. I work in a hospital where masks are required and they are always available at all entrances. Quest needs to get with the program if they insist on requiring masks.

I was double charged on my card. When I requested a refund they stated that it would take 4-6 weeks. This is ridiculous as I never authorized a 2nd payment on my card and it is their error.

I went to have bloodwork done on 4/29, it is now 5/23 and I have NO results. Ive called several times and have gotten the same runaround message of oh we are waiting on ONE and cant release the rest until we have that one. Call the next day theyre done now, we just need to push them through so Ill do that now. Next day oh they werent finalized until now, Ill push them through. Next day it could take a while to load your results in the portal, but we did send them to your doctor. Doctor still has not received them. I am appal... read more

I went to location on I35 in ********* *****. After signing in, I was told they only take appointments on Saturday. The office was empty, but the next appointment was at 9:40. Sitting here looking at the flow of traffic and the office is empty! I came here because nowhere in the website does it say no ****** is Saturday. When you call for information it does not say on the recording that that walk-ins on Saturday arent accepted! They need to get their s#%t together. I have had the worst experience with Quest Diagnostic and their billing department. In February, I get a text from Quest saying that I owe $130 for labs preformed in October 2021. When I looked at my EOB, Quest never even billed my insurance for these labs. When I reached out to Quest, they requested that EOB after I explained the situation. I received an email stating to not pay the **** until they have looked into the situation. Horrible Service! Their HQ customer ********************** told me the wait time at 2 local branches was ***** minutes for a walk-in lab test, but both of these locations were not taking any walk-ins. Their computerized log-in system in their waiting room is a horrible system since it verifies that you're "in the system" with a text, BUT it does not tell you that the office is not talking any walk-ins. I waited 2 hours at a branch today & nobody told me that I could've sat their all-day since they were not taking walk-ins. T... read more
