My experience at Quest has been horrendous! We switched health insurance from BCBS to UHC. From that time on they told me my insurance did not cover my basic *** and thyroid panel and refused to take care of me. I called UHC and they said that they absolutely covered these tests and it was not on their end. I went up the ladder trying to get this issue fixed and they told me there was nothing they could do. I have never in my life had such a frustrating billing experience. I had a payment plan set up to pay $70 a month for 5 months. I ended up paying my **** in full three months early. Quest continued to deduct the $70 from my account for the last three months even though I had paid it off. I have called them monthly for the last six months and am still waiting to be reimbursed the money they took that I didn't owe them. Difficult to find a phone number to make an appointment by phone as their website never works for me. I just go to a Catholic Health Patient service center now. Easy to make an appointment or walk in and are professional and caring.

Tests were done in a timely matter. I had tests done through a hospital in September 2021 and they used Quest Diagnostics for lab testing in the DFW area. I had to set up an account to pay the **** (I was paying out of pocket). I did a payment plan and once I had enough money, I paid off the rest of the ****. Quest ******** MH 5-11-22 All around bad experience. Ive had blood drawn all of my life and never have I been treated like I was at quest. I believe the Technician purposely injected needle to cause damage. Left with a soar and bruised arm at injection site. Bruising and soreness continued for days after. Will never return to this location. Staff had a hard time pronouncing my last name, even though it is very simple.

QUEST Diagnostics over charged. I have been contacting for my refund but no response. my total balance with Quest Diagnostics was of ****** USD I have already paid to quest diagnostics ******USD and this company called Radius Global Solutions showed up for Quest Diagnostics. They bullied me and I had to pay additional ****** USD Not fair.

I spoke with a representative of Quest Diagnostics on the phone after my insurance company denied my claim for a COVID test I had taken at a local CVS. The representative informed me I would not be responsible for paying the $100 claim. However, now 6 months after my COVID test, I received a **** for $100 from Quest Diagnostics despite repeated assurances I would not be financially responsible for the ****. It seems like a poor business model to lie to clients.
