Disgusting, dirty facilities, a kiosk designed to play receptionist doesnt work for The handicapped, the visually impaired, the elderly who are unable to operate computers and even mothers who may have small children or babies in tow. What a poor system to avoid paying for a receptionist. Terrible quality service offered for expensive insurance.
If I could give a negative rating I would. My primary physician submitted a lab to be tested and it came back unable to read due to not having enough of the specimen to be tested. I was able to go back and submit another test, which once again came back the same. Due to this my physician reached out to them to have the **** waived. The quest diagnostics representative threatened me regarding my **** which I did not expect to happen in *****************. They literally said that I must pay the **** that was send by the provider which may have been done by mistake. Also, I was not even aware regarding the **** as it was my annual physical exam and fully covered or free of cost by all insurance. These locations employ really nice people, however, this company plays too many games. There is so many shady things going on behind closed doors. All locations are filthy. Every location is completely disorganized. It does not matter if you supply all the proper information they need online or at the kiosk inside the location. They will ask for it again, and again, and again. I have never tried to contact them online or by telephone because I know it's useless. I'm excited this is the last time I ever have to use them! May they never be BBB accreditedafter 2 hours of technical difficulties, buck passing, and 10+ representatives telling me my account does not exist, I finally snapped and lost my temper with the last rep who corrected herself upon confirming she in fact had the wrong details to look up my information. Terrible Customer ***********************. Lazy and unwilling to go the extra mile when insurance asking for more information. They will try to make the customer pay before trying to keep running it via insurance and providing additional information as insurance makes requests.
I would leave zero stars if the system allowed me to do so.Horrible experience with the lab at ****************************************. I called the main Quest number on April 8th and they confirmed they had received my doctor's ************ draw. I showed up for my appointment and was told nothing was in the system. Despite multiple calls to both them and my insurance company, they keep billing me for the full amount of my lab when I am only supposed to be charged $50.12. I just got a letter from debt collections, even after they said the corrected **** would be sent. I've been dealing with this for over a year, and I'm done. I will be contacting my attorney.
I am at ******* location at B6 and had an appointment at 1:20 pm. Now 2:00 and still waiting and running more than an hour behind. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN. People are upset and angry at this location. Workers seem not to care. Very poor way to run a business in health care. Sad
