I would give no stars. Quest has charged me twice for test that according to ******** and my doctors and my insurance company I should have paid nothing. I fought for months and finally paid the **** so I would not have bad credit. I am thinking of changing doctors so I dont have to use quest. Not only is their billing department terrible but customer ********************** ***** I stood outside the door waiting for my test and the tech yelled at me cause I was inside the office THE DOOR WAS LOCKED

Arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment, when the location should have been open. Location was locked and staff would not see me, no leeway given for appointments and rude staff.

I went for my lab test. Even though I have two insurances, I was told I had to leave a credit card number behind. WTH!! What a racket. I will find another lab to go to.

They have no humans to help you , everything is computerized spent along time getting my appointment on the phone and then at the automated machine in the office which told me I didn't have a appointment so I left, treat them like the plague they are and go somewhere else.

Terrible attention, it's the two times that's propel don't let try has the blood work because is late after they ignorant me, my appointment was at ****p and I was not on the systems, even with the appointment three days before the blood work test. And finally today Friday 25 th I was scheduled to at **** and I didn't get it because I was not on the appointment system. I felt frustrations all the time for nothing. I noticed by chance that I had a Spam texts. I never checked my spam text. It was an online **** from Quest Diagnostics. I called the phone number listed in the text, and I was told that another building company took over and it was strictly online billing unless you opted out of it. My mother had not opted out of it and she's eighty-seven years old. I had not my husband has not, and they told me it automatically went to everyone for online billing. I don't pay my bills online. Went to ************************************** De. The staffs were extremely rude and not cooperative at all. Hopefully I dont need to come back here ever again

Scheduled appointment and when I arrived said it wasnt there. Spoke to someone on location and they said I do t know and shut the door. Seen 3-4 different people back there but only the same one is calling people back. I have to wait over an hour now because my appointment did not come up and they are making another appointment. Customer ********************** is HORRIBLE! Must be nice to get paid and do nothing.

I decided against getting tested with Quest diagnostics for an RT PCR test for travel. When I emailed them with questions they never responded (5 days past now). When I tried to talk to someone through chat, it was a bot, no real contact possible. When I tried to use their app, it failed to send me the code to my email, despite several attempts.
