The online customer ********************** experience is very poor. First, I was only notified of my **** over text, and the only reason I knew it wasn't a scam text (which it looked like at first) was because the nurse at CVS had told me the lab was Quest and that a **** from them would come. If she hadn't, I would have thought it was a scam text, and hopefully Quest would have followed up before sending me to Collections. Wow, don't know if I feel better or worse after reading all the similar experiences with Quest Diagnostics. WORST customer ********************** experience ever. This company is a joke, how are they still in business? I didn't even go directly to Quest, lab work was sent there from doctors office. Hopefully, they can send it somewhere else in the future. So I got a **** for $2,000 for routine testing even though I have insurance and they have my info. Well I call and here they sent it to the wrong address! Okay, accidents h... read more

Customer ********************** is absolute c*** It took months for them to respond to me when I reached out and in the meantime, they sent my account to collections. They routinely overcharge and do not communicate with dignity or care. I'm livid my doctor makes me work with them. Their services are also not transparent. Good luck finding out how much something might cost before you actually get the test done, and, your doctor probably has no idea how much it might cost. My wife had blood test at Quest Diagnostic. In 14 days they sent us $500 **** for that test. Because my wife has a good health insurance, she called to customer **********************, they advised to call directly to the **** department, then they said to speak with the health insurance company. The insurance company explained that they refused to cover Quest Diagnostics test because there was no referral from my wife's doctor. Quest billed the incorrect insurance for my blood test and now they say the payment is late. I don't have $174 for this error which is their fault. I can't even get them to change it over to the right insurance. This is a nightmare. I have called and I get nowhere. My insurance covers this blood test but they can't if quest wont send them the ****.

Last July, Quest lost my blood sample. This January, they processed one vial but lost the other. My doctor wont see me until I have my results and Quest wont respond about retesting. At best, I will be inconvenienced to fast again, go to the clinic and wait on the results, plus they are delaying medical attention I need. You cant talk to them on the phone and several attempts to email their customer ********************** have gone unanswered. Total incompetence.

Three months ago, Quest charged me for out of pocket. My medical provider let them know this should not have been charged. Quest at first reprocessed claim and rather than resolved came back with a repeat of the charge (so now double). My provider contacted them over and over clearly indicating I should not pay. The first charge was an error and the second in my opinion was fraudulent since it was not for another service. Quest labs in ********* are the most rude people I know who are still in business. This is the second time trying to use their services. I cannot understand how a business this inept stay in business. Customer ********************** is not in their vocabulary. Because this type service is limited people have to put up with them. I how ever will drive miles not to deal with them again.

This company is so poorly run. I am waiting for hours to be seen as a walk in. Several people come in with appointments and I get bumped along with all the other walk ins. I found out today I needed bloodwork and its impossible to get an appointment for today. They are nasty when I questioned it. I usually go to another lab but my doctor put the order into the computer for quest. Big mistake!
