I was going to rip into Quest Diagnostics for their rudeness, unprofessionalism and incompetence... but after going over all of the previous reviews... I think people get the gist of who they are!Horrible experience! They suck!

My wife and I had blood tests done by Quest. They filed claims for all my tests and some of my wife's tests, the insurance paid without issues but for two tests they billed us directly. We called them to clarify, they first claimed the insurance company rejected the claim, when I told them the insurance company paid for those same tests for me they said there must have been an error, they took the insurance information again and said they would fix it.I contacted my insurance company as well, they tried to get in touch with ... read more

Impossible to speak to a person. Tried updating insurance online to no avail. Two different balances on account online and mailed invoice.

Never can contact by phone because automated system. Their mobile app wants a SS# to get results and won't accept any number. Online support is nothing but a robot. Don't waste you money or time. I will have to go to another lab and put my poor kid through getting lab work done over again

I had some lab work done at LabOne in ************* ** back in January. It was largely paid by ******** and my supplemental insurance. I never received a **** for the remaining $278-plus and presumed the amount had been resubmitted, as healthcare providers normally do when an insuror leaves a large amount uncovered, and I waited for a **** in the event the charge continued to be upheld by ********, and never got a ****. I tried to use Quest Diagnostics' phone option to pay a ****. The automated phone system left unclear at the last step what had occurred with my transaction. I called back via the customer ********************** number, was on hold most of the time. The customer ********************** person referred me to billing, and that person could not tell me why the transaction had not gone through. I asked for a supervisor or someone with some authority. Quest diagnostics is not a company that should ever be used by anyone who has an ounce of compassion for others being treated as c*** I say that because I witnessed an elderly gentleman being yelled at by a quest employee. The problem seemed simple; he needed bloodwork and she didnt, or couldnt find the doctors orders. Instead of calling his doctor she abused him, so I asked her why she just didnt call for him. Tried to get a covid test done at one of the sites. When I registered no where on the site did it say I had to have a prescribed doctor's note or only eligible to test if I'm traveling even when I said it wasn't for travel. I get there and I get turned away because I didn't have a doctor note. This business also gave me problems when I had to get a drug test done for work once. I hate this place and it's an absolute SCAM!

There was lady on Dec 30, 2021 at 3:30pm who refused service to my pregnant wife for an urgent reason with an appointment because we were late a few mins and was rude to us. There were only 2 people waiting. She said her name is ***** but refuses to identify herself or provide a complaint form.Early in the morning we waited in another quest diagnostics for 1.5 hours and they kept delaying service.I can't recommend this location or quest diagnostics in general
