I've been having serious issues with communicating with their billing department. The bills I receive do not match my EOBs, so I've tried emailing the billing department with no response, I've sent a letter with no response, and I've tried calling. When I called, the message told me they were too busy and to try calling back later, with no option for call-back. Paid online to book an appointment. $205 was charged to my bank account. When I went to the lab, there was no information about my order. I've been trying to get a refund but the customer ********************** is a wonky phone system that sends you in circles, then puts you on hold for 30 minutes at a time. Cancelled two of my appointments due to building maintenance and didnt offer to reschedule
Was referred to the Quest Diagnostics on ******************************************** by my general practitioner to get blood test to test for prostate/urinary tract infections. My new employer insurance had not kicked in yet, so I paid over $500 out of pocket after being told I could later file a claim to send to my insurance company to get at least some reimbursed. the billing department is a scam and fraudulent. I did pay my account in full and even the account was in zero balance they continue automatically withdrawing $ from my bank account. I wasted my time talking to representatives, and even supervisors and as of today I have not received back the overpaid money that they took from my bank account.
