This institution discriminated against my q**** Asian friend who had an appointment but was passed up by walk ins several times. When questioning the staff, they rudely turned her away despite her letting them know she was hypoglycemic (also type 1 diabetic with an insulin pump). My 2 year old son had blood drawn for some lab work ordered from his doctor. My son had the exact same lab work done about 9 months before and the hospital took 2 vials of blood. H3236303*3133353231H drew * vials of blood and then ran 2 duplicate sets of 4 tests, all in which the doctor did NOT order. The Quest employees must not know how to receive orders from the doctor because the orders they used were already fulfilled months before.
It took nearly three weeks to get my blood test results. Phone contact was not possible, two email inquiries got useless responses, and only a third inquiry provided a clue to the problem and how to solve it. Quest showed no initiative in resolving this matter, This was by far the worst lab experience of my life.To be "fair and balanced," the Quest lab did offer an appointment for my test. But to avoid any more brain damage, I'll have to go elsewhere in the future.
We went here for a covid test to meet travel requirements and it was a disaster. After 3 days they give you different stories on where your test is. No one can get ahold of the lab and they just run you in circles till you miss your flight. One of the worst labs and have no idea how they are in operation still. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL MAKE YOU MISS YOUR FLIGHT !!!
Normally Quest Diagnostics does really well. However, I went to ******* in Mesquite and got a PCR test on a Friday morning. Results are supposed to be in 1-2 days. Well, On Wednesday still no results so called Quest. Quest just received the sample today, still no results online. So I called and QD says no one called for a pick-up. So they blamed *******. Not sure who is to blame but that is unacceptable. I would be careful where you get your test done and which lab you use. You would think in a pandemic you could get better ... read more
Took a rapid Covid test and 36 hours later still dont have results. I will never choose to use them again!
To schedule an appointment with quest is an mission impossible The automated system for appointment scheduling is not able to understand you if you have an accent and there is no option for typing the info. I needed to ask my American born husband to make an appointment for me but he was not understood either and my personal information was not recorded correctly. Horrible services over the phone and try to speak with a Supervisor and all I get is no on can refund my money. I would never go back to Quest Diagnostics never again and want to *** them for all they have got. I had the pleasure of experiencing the worst, unimaginable, and unthinkable customer ********************** at **********************.
