I made an appointment online, at check in the system didn't recognize the appointment so I waited in line for over an hour, then my name fell off the waiting list. When staff was confronted and informed of appointment, wait time and name falling off waiting list, they responded that they must go by the list. I can't believe that they could be this incompetent in the scheduling but still very competent in testing. I will never trust Quest with anything.
My doctor uses Quest and they made an error with my insurance. The doctors office sent the correct information, but Quest used the old info that was on file. I called and explained the issue and thought is was resolved. I just got a Notice of Deliquent Account, and I've been trying to get through to customer ********************** without any results. Each call is put on hold for over 25 minutes.
$4,944.03 for blood work! This company is an absolute scam. Never had I waited less than 40 mins to get through to them on the phones. Who ever is directing this company should be in prison.
Blatant discrimination I have been going to Quest for years in spite of bad reviews. today you lost another costumer. Went in for my labs. sat down for over 30 mins without face covering, then a very rude woman of color came out and said "you must wear a mask or we will not serve you". Not professional. Require appointment and no appointments available at noon Friday July 2, 2021 Very 1st time I went to a lab with doctor orders and needed an appointment and non available.
This company has A history of not sending you your **** and putting you into collections. When you call them it takes A half hour to talk to someone.
So, here's the chronology of events:(1) Provided routine blood work as part of an annual physical. (2) Months later, received a **** for the services. Contacted my ***************** to see if they had been billed by Quest, and they had not.(3) Receive another **** saying it was still not paid. Staff was very unprofessional during my visit on 6-17-21 at their ********* ************** location.They were talking, laughing, and snickering about my request in a corner and when I confronted them about they lied and denied it after being clearly overheard.I explained I felt more comfortable with my parent present since I am still in my teens and my parent was permitted to accompany me several months ago during the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic. I have had such stress trying to resolve a billing error made by Quest submitting the wrong codes to my insurance. I have called at least 4 times to resolve the issue, and each time I get a different answer. I have had my doctor's office call, my insurance call, but the same issue still exists. There has been so much time lost for all of us. Would you call that incompetence? What a waste.Quest does not care about their customers. If you can, go somewhere else. Unfortunately, my insurance contracts with them and I'm stuck. "
