Worst large business to deal with ever! It appears the in office staff are professionally trained to be rude and inconsiderate especially regarding timely medical issues. They consider the customer to be a nuisance rather than a person. I get it, they are busy but the so called floor manager is habitually nasty, denies appointments, they take report incorrect blood draws and the managers and supervisors all know it. Only because they have a near monopoly do I go there.

This is the most incompetent company I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with. First, they charge an arm and a leg. When I received my exorbitant bill, I immediately called and asked if they offered a cash discount. Most medical places will. What a shock, they did not. But they did say I could apply for financial aid. Once I received the forms, I immediately sent them in. I did not hear back, but I did receive another bill, asking for payment. Stay away from this company folks! They charge $200 for a uranalysis that can be purchased for $57 on www.mdsave.com. And, Quest Diagnostics will never accept the "fair market price" shown above. We tried for 2 months to no avail. Go to www.mdsave folks. You'll save a LOT of money and time. Quest Diagnostics is nothing but a money-grubbing, despicable, uncaring, self-serving firm that we hope will be bankrupt soon.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. My wife had pregnancy exams conducted with this company. They repeatedly made mistakes with billing our insurance company and even DEMANDED FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT when they were unable to verify we were insured (even though we were). It is also impossible to get them on the phone, I only was able to reach them on the phone ONCE, AFTER 2 HOURS WAITING. The call dropped shortly afterwards and it was very frustrating. A total absence of customer service - there is no way to get hold of them on the phone and multiple online requests are ignored. They were very efficient while collecting the money online before testing but AWOL at delivery. After 8 days of the sample being drawn (over $150 cost), still no word on when the results will be available. I give one star for their sample collection facility and appointment process.

Being charged exorbant amount of money for labs last year- unable to get in touch with ANYONE to review the charges! Worst place to get labs- stick with Lab corp!! This is insane that a company can get away with this and have no way to talk to customer service agent.

Their hold message is the worst I have ever heard. It's totally maddening, and you always have to wait a while. It basically just says "we're sorry, but all of our agents are still assisting other customers..." over and over - there's about 1-2 seconds of some other nonsense in between each one. There's also random problems all the time, so I end up having to call them regularly. Today I had to call them to update my insurance information after trying on their website and finding that their website was broken.

I'm at the ******** location off Military & 410. I got here at 7:30 am & they have only called 2 people back. It's now 8:30! People work during the week & that is why i come here on Saturday. It's great it's open on Saturday, but have the available employees! This is unacceptable!!

This company should be closed until they are able to do business. It is virtually impossible to reach them and in the rare case when you do it’s after waiting some times for hours. They routinely screw up their billings, never in the clients favor and often with genuinely excessive charges. Correcting the problem for the above stated reasons is either a nightmare or impossible. Staff is often snarky and even aggressive. Avoid them like the Black Plague.
