Went to get my Covid test which was scheduled through Quest. I had the paperwork and they had verified my insurance that I had submitted however when I got to test location Quest didnt have the correct information in the system. I called the helpline they listed on the sheet and they said they didnt have the information to help and sent me to billing which I was hold forever and finally hung up. Complaint(s)First, I made an appointment through the Quest website, and received a confirmation email and lab/appointment code. But when I got to the location, when I tried to login the system could not find the appointment;Secondly, after waiting for over 5 minutes, the person working there, she never gave me a name, told me that only 2 people were working and that they had already seen everyone who had an appointment at 3. Needed test to enter *****, who lists Wal-Mart and Quest Diagnostics as source for PCR test. Took the test within the ****************************************************** time. Called and sent several Result Requests and never was contacted. I had to get another test while in ***** awaiting my flight because Quest Diagnostics failed. Additionally, I signed up on their MyQuest site and still do not see the results. Quest has a customer be damned attitude. My doctor sent them a prescription for lab work on a Thursday and when I arrived at the local Quest facility the following Tuesday they said they didn't have it. I'd brought a copy of the prescription with me just in case, but the phlebotomist, who said she was the unit supervisor, said she couldn't draw blood because, the doctor who wrote the prescription hadn't provided her address. Lab results arent accurate! I went to get tested for my Hemo twice and every time my results read that my hemo was low. I go my primary doctor and get the same tests and my results be totally different. My hemo levels be way higher than Quest Diagnostic results! Will not ever use them again for testing because I do not trust their results!

Quest Diagnostics billing department is incompetent. After months of billing issues many representatives still cant get a simple error corrected. My bills are suppose to be on auto-pay. Out of 3 bills they only have 1 on auto pay. I have to call monthly to try and get this resolved. I have called monthly and still it's not fixed. This has been going on since April 2021. Their wait times are ridiculous as well. I highly suggest a change of employees or higher education for them to do their job adequately.

Rude. Forced mask without providing them in sitting area and left my arm so sore after a small blood draw I could not straighten it for 2 days. That has never happened. She also tried forcing her political views on me.Very bad experience!!

Customer **********************, Billing, and Web Help are useless.Quest Diagnostics appears to have "outsourced" all of their billing to a third party; this appears to have occurred sometime in 2021. Customers are automatically enrolled in an account with that third party, and the third party defaults to electronic payments for bills.I BOTH opted out of electronic payments - I specifically requested paper bills, as I keep these on file for both FSA and income tax purposes - AND closed the account with the third party billin... read more

After seeing such a poor star rating, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Quest. A person without a mask entered before me and was politely asked to return with a mask for everyone's safety. I signed in, and was taken back before I even sat down, I guess because I had an appointment. The nurse was very pleasant and had my full confidence. She also told me how I could get my results electronically. I have only been here a few times, but have not had a bad experience.
