I had no luck getting an appointment, I called numerous times and no one answered. I drove there because I needed a blood draw, the lady was very nasty she told me if I don't have paperwork to leave. I tried to tell her my DR sent it. She was very rude and said there was nothing she could do. I will NEVER go there again and urge others to do the same! If I could leave zero stars I would.

I made an appointment for a test. When I arrived there was an overflow of customers out into the hallway, which included other people with appointments and who had already been waiting a long time. When I checked in at the kiosk I was told that my estimated wait time was 49 minutes. It's obvious that they had overbooked or were not giving people with appointments the correct preference. I went home and rescheduled. This time I'll bring something to keep me busy. We'll see what happens.

This company's revenue is over $10b and their services are worst than any 3rd world country, their lucrative income is in the base of human health. Just to obtain an appointment is a miracle, and please be sure to be earlier because 30's seconds late and you are out for good. Every 3 months I have to go thru with my lab test and certainly prepare myself to deal with Quest. Terrible. No one answers their phone and when they do, they have no knowledge of the questions posed to them. It really is terrible

I am a healthcare provider and Quest recently refused to draw my blood and asked me to leave because I had cared for a COVID positive patient within the past 10 days. Mind you, I am fully vaccinated, wear an N95 and have no symptoms. I also do not get to choose my patients...The phlebotomist was double masked and wearing eye protection. Of note, this is for a time sensitive pregnancy blood test. I would leave zero stars but that is not an option

I give Quest a 1 star rating only because it won't accept a 0 star. Unfortunately Quest is used by my PCP for diagnostic tests.Quest has been billing me for a test since MARCH 2021 that is totally covered by my insurance. I checked with my insurance more than once.My PCP's office manager has contacted Quest repeatedly and they still keep billing me. I will NOT have any future testing done- no matter how urgent or necessary if it is through Quest Diagnostics. I cannot trust them.They are only looking for money, not my health ... read more

If a could leave a smaller star rating than one star this is the place Id leave it. I dont see how this company can stay in business with such a low lack of regulars for the public it services and bad customer ********************** over all.

I don't even know where to begin. I'd like to Preface that my primary physician is absolutely predatory! I was 2 weeks from my covid shot and I had to be hospitalized due to pneumonia. They did blood work, CT scan, x-ray, etc and my charge came up to around $802. Why is it that the only work I needed done is blood work and Quest is charging me $765.66 as of Aug. 11, 2021? First, they mixed my record up with another ***** in PA and sent me his **** and I accidentally paid it. I had to file it as fraud with my HSA due to Quest dragging their feet. They match patient records by DOB so if you have a common name like mine, their incompetence is a nightmare! Ive gotten my money back but now theyve started to file this other guys claims using my insurance and showing what its for!
