What type of sociopaths are running this business? SCAMMERS. My explanation of benefits clearly shows i dont owe anything out of pocket for lab tests and I have already sent in EOB from insurance and they refuse to resolve my ****. They say I owe them $500 and if they mess up my credit history I will contact a lawyer. This company is a money scam! They held my blood results until I finally got my *** and insurance company *********** no get involved with this sorry outfit they are cracked and plain dishonest.
They wouldn't **** my medicare and trying to charge me."
It took Quest 6 months to send me a **** for charges not covered by my insurance. However, my insurance company said items would have been covered had the proper codes been used. I tried every means possible to contact Quest through its website and directly and was ignored for months. Then I was sent corrected claim forms but they were supposed to be sent to the insurance company and they included other peoples claims which violates *****. The company is clueless and does not care about its patients.
They have rude staff. They dont know what theyre doing (incompetent). They have no way to resolve complaints because there is no supervisor. I went in for a relatively simple test and they provided me with a kit for collecting a sample I brought it back, waited about 30 minutes and the person that helped me eventually was extremely rude. They then told me that I was given the wrong kit and then treated me like it was my fault. They then gave me the exact same kit and didnt even want to explain how to use it. I first tried to go for a walk-in but the lady at the door rudely greeted me saying they dont take walk-ins even though their website AND the automated message says that they do. They were also closing early because of construction in the area, which doesnt make sense since there was no construction within 2 miles of that location. They did some lab tests for me through my lab. My insurance covered everything. My insurance paid my lab and my lab paid quest, however they still billed me for what my lab already paid me. Can't get ahold of them on the phone. They make it impossible. Now they've sent this to collections. Can't believe they can get away with this. Now they're basically blackmailing me into paying a debt twice or have my credit take a hit. Why isn't this illegal ?? "
I went to the one on *************** in ****, **. I think her name was *******. Can't remember. She was very rude. Especially if she has to repeat herself. Treated me like I was very ****. I asked for my order back and she ripped it in half. She needs to learn some patients and change her tone. First and last time I ever go there!!!!!"
