I am so sick of trying to get Quest to bill my labs correctly!! My doctor and I have contacted them a half a dozen times and they keep saying they didn’t get the information. You have to wait on the phone forever to get to someone and then they are useless when you do get to them! Having my doctor fax the information one more time to a person’s attention. Hope this works, but I have my doubts!!!!

I am an Asian. I did an employment test at this location. Most of the technicians here are friendly and helpful, except one. (I don't know her name, but she is the only one with healthy dark skin). When I have done my test, trying to leave the clinic, this lady blocks the exit door immediately, commands me to step back all the way end with a nasty attitude. Its nearly impossible to get someone on the phone to clear up billing problems. I have tried 4 times now, each time waiting over 30 minutes without an answer. I also contacted their customer service email without a reply. They hope you will just give in and pay your bill to save your credit. I have had multiple billing problems with quest for things that should be covered from multiple providers. The physicians seem confused on the appropriate way to submit lab work. Quest cannot get their billing right. Turned me over to collections and refused to follow up with my insurance company, who had no record of ever receiving a claim. It has taken many calls, and I still don't know my status. I last contacted them Oct. 30th. They have not gotten back to me and my insurance still has no record of a claim being sent. Horrible. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Quest Diagnostic is an unethical company. They lied to me about my CDL medical card certification and put on like they were FMCSA certified and they are not. While I did get an overpriced drug test back, I never got my CDL medical card back as they had promised. They also over charged me about a third more for the CDL drug test. They have shady contracts with people out of state and confuse you when you try to get a straight answer from them. I hope they get investigated and shut down. Trying to contact Quest Diagnostics Billing is a painful process. Every time you call there us at least a 20 minute wait and often the call is dropped so you end up starting over again. Many of the reps at the call centers are rude and some complain if they spend too long on your issue. Some will just hang up or their phone system just goes dead. Good luck trying to straighten out billing issues. Will never use Quest again

Terrible customer service. I had to reach out to billing 4 times before the correctly billed my insurance. Never received a call or email back about my concerns just noticed that my balance was corrected. Also, they are one of the most expensive labs services.

Using Quest Diagnostics was the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. I had a panel of blood work done via my doctors office with Quest Diagnostics on Aug 16 and another on Sept 15. I recieved my first bill for several hundred dollars at the end of September. I have great insurance and knew that wasn't correct so I tried to log on to the online quest patient portal to verify the bill. This is place is THE WORST!!! I have two words to describe this center: incompetence and mismanagement. I was 15 minutes late for my 8:45am appt. The ONLY other patient in the ENTIRE facility was another woman who was early for her 9:15 appt.When I handed the paperwork to the clerk at the front desk she was rude and dismissive. She told me that since I was more than 10 minutes late to my appt, I would now be considered a "walk in" and she would have to "work me into the schedule".
