The problem with Quest is that they cannot ever deliver my results to the website. I go through the online process they provide for asking for results and absolutely nothing happens. There is not follow-up, not acknowledgment, no stated reason for the delay or lack of response. Just a "pending" notice. There is no number to call. Several years ago I managed to find a number and the customer service person was extremely rude, told me go the website and ask for help. Horrible customer service & no one is on the same track. I am my fathers caregiver, he is close to 400lbs and needs assistance walking and getting up, or he will fall, his knees buckle due to health issues. When we called to make his appointment, I clearly told staff (whom said she was a manager) he needed help getting up and I am his caregiver, they stated legally I am able to help assist him, again spoke to a manager. Horrible company and even worse customer service. In October 2019, I had some testing done - received a bill from Quest Diagnostics of over $700 that they claim was not covered by my insurance. After looking over the bill, it was easy to see that for many of the tests, I was double and triple charged for the same test. I called Quest Customer service 3 times to bring this to their attention and was rudely told all 3 times that the same tests were done several times so I owed the money. I had the worse experience! From the minute my name was called the tech gave me hard looks. She wasn’t polite, had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. She didn’t want to help me at all. She kept making excuses why I couldn’t be seen because my insurance card wasn’t eligible. I was just seen at the office one week prior with NO problems. I called my insurance nothing changed still active, she “called” her supervisor and stated I can’t be seen. I waited to speak to someone else and what do you know! Two times we went to the O’Fallon, mo location, went inside, signed up and was told we could wait in our vehicle and would be texted when it was our turn. Both times, no text, doors were locked and we never got served. There was no person to speak to at the location, no window nothing. When we called the phone number, again it was a rabbit hole that ended innNO PERSON, ZERO COMMUNICATION AND NEVER GETTING OUR ISSUE RESOLVED. AWFUL PEOPLE, AWFUL SERVICE.

Stated 2-5 days 8 days later they didn’t even call me I had to continually call them I would have never of known it was in. And of course they blamed a surge somewhere else in the country. If you can’t handle the testing then don’t do it !!! But they will take your $$$. Anything past 72 hours negates the whole theory and effectiveness of testing in the first place. Quest needs a new COO!!!

I pay my copay when I get my blood drawn and then again when they send a bill for $8. Why is it two payments instead of one?

If could score 0 would. This company is happy to take you and your insurance company money with no customer service or ways to even get results. They are putting people’s health at risk with no accountability. They are so focused on getting their piece of money from this epidemic they completely are now disregarding their other customers.
