Had blood drawn at their facility at 555 Main St, Manchester CT 06040 on Friday, June 27 at 11:10 am. Being thin, I have obvious veins right on the surface of my inner elbow. The technician inserted the needle right though both vein walls and then it hit either the tendon underneath or the bone. The vein and entire area swelled up withing an hour, with blood spreading under the skin in an area about 1.5" x 2", a hideous large bruise with large purple focal points over the vein. This is a fraudulent company. Every aspect of this business is a joke. Their website doesn't work and is full of glitches, their voice-mail is unhelpful and sends you back to their website. After finally being able to purchase a covid-19 antibody test in Oakland CA at 3300 Webster, I was turned away at the counter by a very rude technician who told me I didn't have the right test scheduled despite the online "confirmation receipt" that said otherwise. Quest Diagnostics is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE at billing. They cannot work with coordination of benefits. They cannot handle billing issues. I keep getting incorrect bills that don't account for my secondary insurance. They never send send claims to secondary. When I do it myself and the services are covered and paid for it is a nightmare to reach them and have them file the information and adjust the billing. Terrible place . Had to wait TEN days to get an appointment to get in there to test for a UTI ! UNACCEPTABLE ! I tried EVERY location possible within my area and the same thing . The wait was anywhere from 10 to 14 days for an appointment ! A walk in is pretty much impossible as they SPECIFY appointments are taken first ! Still waiting for results . I came to Quest Diagnostics on Magnolia in Riverside on 6/8/2020 for pre-employment drug screening. I was scheduled an appointment for 6/8/2020 at 4PM. When I arrived, I was told that I would not be able to do it as they stop drug screening at 2:45PM since they get picked up at 3PM. They referred me to 2 other labs that were not Quest Diagnostics but reassured me it was ok. I had a blood test today at a Quest lab on 86th street in NYC. The place is NOT clean. The environment and the procedures were hazardous and the lack of safety measures shocked me! After visiting your lab I went directly into self-quarantine for the next 2 weeks due to possible exposure to the Covid 19 virus. 1) There was only ONE hand sanitizer dispenser in the waiting room and NO hand sanitizer provided in the bathroom. 2) You must check in using a touch-screen - there are no gloves or sanitizer provided at the check in st... read more

I had orders from my doctor to get a blood draw and I needed it done right away. I took the afternoon off work to go the this Quest service center at 8501 Wilshire Blvd Suite 305, Beverly Hills, CA 90211 to get my blood drawn. I usually make an appointment, but owing to the unpredictable time when I could get off, I just went in as a walk-in patient, and this facility has always taken walk-in patients. Worst medical experience ever. Created account online and paid for covid test. Results supposed to be available within 3 to 5 days. 2 weeks later, no results. It is literally not possible to reach ANYONE by phone - not even the local lab. I will be calling my credit card company to stop payoment.
