Don't do lab test at quest diagnostics ( my advice) First of all if I could leave no star I would have done it. When my wife was pregnant a doctor ordered some test and we went to quest asked them if its covered by insurance and they said yes. After a month sent us a bill one for me and another one for my wife the total of about $5000. Tried to solve the issue with them and all they said can do is do payment. At the end it's going to come out of my pocket. Don't trust these guys Bad experience

Quest diagnostics just sent my bill to collections 8 days after mailing me the bill. I have not even received it yet and got a collections call. Complete BS and disgusting customer service. I will never use their services again.

Big problems with billing and customer service... I had paid my bill in full at time of services using my debit card..I have a receipt showing I paid in full.. I also showed up on my bank account as being paid out.. I had contacted them and spoke with Raul A Blanchett and he told me I didn’t pay my bill.. month later still getting a bill.. What do I need to do end this...

Their system is incredible difficult to use. I have updated the correct insurances 4 times on their website yet they still fail to get the right information for the insurance. They end up charging me for the full cost of the service and dinged my credit report.

First I called 5 times over a week and a half leaving a message on a voicemail that said they would call back before the end of business or the next day and never received a call back. So I made an appointment anyway. Luckily the paperwork from my doctor came through. As she was entering in the information she claimed she could not read the doctors signature, had no idea what it said, when I told her the doctors name she said that it didn’t look like it said that and refused to enter the information. Wanted to share a experience I had with this company's phone rep. After getting erroneous bill 4 times over last 4 months I got another one from Quest Diagnostics' 'Precollections dept' regarding 'unpaid bills' that I shouldnt have been billed for in the first place - had gotten 4 bills over the last 4-5 months for which i had previously called them to let them know that i had already paid for those lab tests at the doctor's office i got the tests done at. I got billed over $2000 for blood work that my insurance paid for because Quest Diagnostics claimed they didn't receive a check. Quest Diagnostics confirmed with my insurance company that the check was sent to the correct address. They received an EOB from my insurance company that showed what I owed (and had already paid). I even got them to re-request the check from my insurance company twice (confirmed re-sent by my insurance). I have tried to get someone on the phone so that I could make my payment with two cards, to use the rest of my FSA balance and then pay the rest on my debit card. This was impossible. I finally got a hold of customer service. I told the rep that the Colorado office was close and she still transferred me to that number. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of help from actual people to pay my bill. I will be going out of my way to avoid using Quest Diagnostics in the future.

Sent out a bogus 'final notice' for a bill that had been paid in full months prior. They keep short office hours, give you no way to actually get details on the supposed total owed, and require full account access for payments. Will be changing physicians if I can't otherwise decline their 'services.' Stay away, don't give them your bank account info.
