This place is a joke.. went for blood work from their online offering for 100 dollars.. great deal.. they then asked for insurance which I gave them to cover any other expenses... two months later I get a bill for 222 and find out they charged my insurance as well!! Freaking scam... 100 bait scheme then charge insurance and finally sent me to collections for 222 dollars... BUYER BEWARE... Gave one full star because I couldn't give 1/10th of one..

The Quest Diagnostics website is absolutely the worst of the worst, and Quest's customer service is non-existent. It is obvious that Quest does not care about its customers/patients. Forget trying to contact Quest by telephone--that is, unless you want to pay a bill. Quest does not provide any customer service phone numbers. I had routine tests done on 10/18/2018, and I have been unable to get the results. The foregoing review solely provides my personal, subjective opinions, beliefs, and interpretations.
Quest diagnostic is a for sure Ripp off company.someone needs to do something about this place . I have paid these people and they Stole 200.00 dollars from me and yes I did say STOLE because they took money that I didn’t owe from my credit card without my permission,and the can’t even show me a statement showing that I owed it.why because I didn’t.But God Eye’s are not closed he sees and knows all you just treat people like that and expect to get Blessing.
The employees at the front desk are very rude the were taking their lunch and instead of putting a sign outside the door or be polite and let client know that the were at lunch to come back when lunch is over the lady scream at me WE ARE GETTING OUR LUNCH! and look at me wrong we a nasty attitude I think that's very disrespectful and unprofessional. I would never go there again for anything.
I went to get blood work today, 8/28/2018 at Quest in Houston near Willowbrook mall. I had two blood work orders, one for biometric screening paid for by my employer, and one doctors order to be paid by my insurance. The phlebotomist said the doctors order would be approx $200 and I needed to give her my credit card before she could draw my blood. I made an appointment at the Quest location in Ithaca, NY for time sensitive bloodwork. I arrived early to find the location closed, despite the fact that I received confirmations and reminders for my appointment. Customer service was not helpful as one rep told me the phlebotomist couldn't come in that day, while another told me the location was closed for maintenance. Horrible customer service. They do not update patient information or take the time to ensure they are billing the accurate codes. Be cautious of any billing you may encounter from Quest Diagnostics and always review all details of your visit, including codes, insurance information, billing address, and charges.
Twice now the charge me when my insurance pays 100% of the test. The testers said is because the bill is over 1000 dollars or some other lie.
