- My insurance company requires me to meet certain biometrics goals or face higher premiums. Quest consistently will not accept the bloodwork results faxed from my doctor and will cause problems. They have done this the past two years in a row and then tell me it's my fault I missed the deadline even thought the bloodwork was done months before and I get charged an extra $50 a pay period. - Quest did not contact me to let me know my payment did not go through. Instead, they just reported me to a collection agency.

Double billing a Disabled Veteran . The veterans administration has paid this company and they are still sending bills. This has been going on for a year. Sent a letter of threat telling me they are sending me to collections. Sorry company ,they have caused me so much stress. I have proof on paper they were paid. I faxed it to them and they are still sending bills. They deserve 0 stars.

Total unprofessional staff specifically Milan at the Pompano Beach Florida office. Nasty unprofessional ignorant she should be working in the basement of a Walmart maybe

This lab deserves NEGATIVE 5 star. My obgyn doctor used their service this year, it turned out to be a disaster to me. First I didn't get my pap smear result from them due to the reason of "not enough sample ", I had to redo the pap smear test. My obgyn doctor told me she will cover the 2nd lab fee. A couple of months later I received a bill from Quest Diagnostics requested me to pay a $30 lab fee. However the lab fee should be covered by insurance. Completely denied service because I still owed a measly $25 from my previous appointment. Payments had been made and this was the remianing balance due, but they refused to see me.

They don't deserve a star at all. Due to 2 extremely unpleasant experiences with Quest in the past month, I will never use this company again for my lab work. It's Lab Corp all the way for me. 1-I scheduled an appt for routine yearly bloodwork. This is no easy feat. I work full time and have 3 kids and had to fast. No coffee that one morning I had carved out for this bloodwork was painful. I have called the regional director Carmita several times s regarding the practice of employees in her region. This morning once again, I had a blood draw by an employee who did not practice proper hand hygiene or procedure technique to keep the consumer safe from blood born pathogen transmission. This is not something that customers should have to ask for, it should be standard practice. This place doesn't even deserve one star, due to a rude, unprofessional and inept female tech that works there, named Tara B****. My husband went there the other day to get his blood drawn and was literally treated like s#@% by her. Not only was she rude, barking at my husband to put his arm on the table, but she rushed through the whole process by being rough while purposefully jamming the needle into my husband's arm, intentionally not waiting for the alcohol to dry so it would sting him, then jerking the needle out. Quest on Welsh Road Philadelphia. Made an appointment and was able to be seen right away. Donna was great very efficient and great at drawing blood. I was in and out within 10 minutes.
