My son (who is a minor) went and had some blood work done on the 15th and I asked if I could get his results emailed or faxed to me. I got a call from Credit Collection Services initially, saying my bill was overdue. The reason? Quest got my address wrong. I wanted to confirm that this was a real bill for a valid service because I had never received an invoice, so I set out to get an itemized invoice. When I first called, they asked for my invoice number in order to answer my questions about my bill. However, because I had never received my invoice, I did not have my invoice number. They billed the wrong insurance company AGAIN even though we made them aware of their previous mistake at our second appointment. We brought this to their attention AGAIN and they did nothing to resolve the issue and sent the bill to collections. Ended up paying the bill out of pocket because they cant get their stuff together. Horrible experience would not recommend.
Blood draw with very unfriendly lady not even hello. Now arm killing me with big bump. Blood draw HURT and afterwards filled entire cotton ball with blood. Hours later it’s so painful. She shouldn’t be drawing blood. Appointment 7:15am Ridgefield CT Grove street . can’t find any human to report. Quest has no humans answering g phone.
Quest Diagnostics has provided the worst service i have experienced. Their job is to process tests and provide results in a timely manner. Not only do they not process this in a timely manner but they lie to you about when you should be receiving those test results. Extremely disappointed.
I work in the Hospitality Industry. My wife and I were recently exposed to Covid. I needed a test to get back to work. We tested at 10:30 Tuesday the June 30th. It is now Sunday July 5th and we do not have results. This is unacceptable, what are people supposed to do? My sister who was tested in Oklahoma City (not Quest) had her results in 12 hours. My Sister and brother in law who live here in Albuquerque were tested on Thursday (not Quest) and got their results Saturday morning. I recommend using anyone other then Quest. A... read more
Quest Diagnostics needs to update their website to notify the times they’re open or closed.. Drove 12 miles because the website said they were open and when I got there, they were closed... it is a waste of money and time... also they need to put it on their phone voice mail, because when you call the office there is never a person to talk to directly.. ??
Today July 2nd 2020 I went to two of your quest diagnostics locations. First one I signed in on the iPad and proceeded to wait in the car until I was to receive a text, after an hour I went inside to make sure my appointment wasnt missed. Sure enough my name was at the top of the board, I waited an additional half hour after which the appointment disappeared and the next person was called into a room. When you use quest direct they have a click wrap saying that you waive all rights to claim the tests for insurance reimbursement after I was directly told in the clinic to go purchase it online and told that my insurance would reimburse it. After three emails and 5 hours on the phone trying to get a proper receipt or invoice (they only provide one giving an order number, date and panel cost without any details on the panel or test) I was more or less told to screw off, and that they would refuse to provide me test codes for ... read more
