It took me a total of 6 lab visits (and an additional $24 in parking fees, i.e. 6 times $4) to Carlyn Springs Quest Diagnostics Lab in Arlington VA 22204 in order to get my actual blood work and urine test completely done. I had blood drawn on 03/13/17 which was filed on my ******* **** insurance. When I received my claim information from **** ****s it showed that I only owed $23.93. At the time had the blood drawn I was told that I had to pay $79. I am now left trying to get to $55.07 refund back from Quest. I began calling on 3/29 after I received a bill for the full amount of $423.82. We went to Quest Diagnostics on Eagle Creek Lane in Lexington, KY for our son's blood draw and had a bad experience with the staff person there.. She was not in a good mood when we came in for our 10:15am blood draw and was rude to us when she almost refused to draw blood from him. We had made an appointment the day before and was there 10 minutes before our appointment time.
